We stayed 3 nights and were in Rose room. It was comfortable with all we needed, however a bit dark for our liking, but this is the style of the house. We shared a bathroom across the corridor, which we were expecting and this worked well. Tony was very friendly and cooked breakfast each morning - muffins, scones, cornbread and...

It was nice to stay there. The place was clean and the breakfast was so yummi. Even our dog had fun. The place really like a home and warm greeting . We definitely go back there. Near by the winery you can choose which one, and walk away from the lake. And near by the Cayuga lake park, if you...

The B&B was from the late 1800's. Very interesting and decorated from that period. It was very charming. Tony was so gracious and friendly. He prepared us a tasy breakfast each morning. He also made cookies for our afternoon treat. John was the quiet one working at keeping the grounds and flowers beautiful. The swimming pool was such a nice...

Tony and John were superb hosts. They went out of their way to make my two-night stay a special experience. Breakfast was a gourmet treat each day. The other guests were convivial and included repeat visitors from Canada. The location and property grounds were beautiful.

We had an amazing time staying at John Morris Manor. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and Tony and John were great hosts. The breakfast was delicious every day, and the house is well located for visiting Seneca Falls and all of the wineries on the Cayuga wine trail. Tony really went above and beyond during our stay - he...

Thank you so much for the glowing review. We are blushing (not the wine), and love the camaraderie that develops among our guests. Everyone sharing their prior day highlights around the breakfast table, and recommending their favorite wineries and dining experiences for each other to enjoy. We'd like to thank everyone for putting up with our barking pup, Bear, who...

What a gem this B&B is. Tony and John are friendly and welcoming owners, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and they serve really great food. My daughter and I stayed here while doing a wine tour in the Finger Lakes area. The home is beautifully decorated and a wonderful place to sit and relax after a long day on...

We love our mother, daughter visits which usually include exploration of the Women's Rights movement that began right here in Seneca Falls. It's an area of great historical significance. Harriet Tubman and William Seward's homes are within a half hour's drive in Auburn, NY, and our guests love visiting these sites and returning with a newfound appreciation of our great...

My wife and I stayed here while dropping our son off to College. We stayed in the pool room with private bath. Comfortable bed. Quiet place. There were a lot of people there that weekend but we had no noise issues. A number of reviews complained about pool pump sounds....not an issue unless you have hyper-hearing. Breakfast was great. We...
