I know you can request a second fan. The fan size is about 15” or so. While it will be cool at night, you can always have the fan on a medium or high setting and blowing away from her just to have the noise help drown out the other sounds.
You could also have a white noise machine or play white noise off a cell phone (app or downloaded music file). Just keep the phone plugged in and in airplane mode to help charge.
We stayed in the East Wing and walked through the Old House from reception. There are ice machines and we had an ice bucket in our room. We drank our own wine in the room and did not encounter any issues.
