We reserved the whole place 1988 when we got married in Zion! This was before they had little cabins in the back. Since then we have stayed there many times and have always enjoyed it immensely. It's romantic and fun. Owners have changed and the current owners are wonderful, very accommodating, and have made attractive improvements. I love Under The... More

Mark and Joe were the most hospitable hosts! They are able to provide good suggestions to most enjoy your stay in Zion. We stayed in the Garden Cabin in the beautifully landscaped yard. The cabin was very comfortable. The location is convenient to the Springdale shuttle. We did not have to use our car at all during our visit. The... More

This was an excellent small hotel (on the lines of a typical British B&B. The hosts were very welcoming, knowledgable and informative about Springdale and the area. The facilities and guest access area is homely with free coffee and hot drinks facilities. Guests can sit in the lounge area and chat if they want to. Our room was small with... More

Cute. Friendly staff. Well located near supermarket and cafes. Decent breakfast at nearby cafe. We should have booked a larger room than the basement twin room. A bit claustrophobic. Oh, and synthetic sheets: yuk

We really enjoyed our second visit here as we felt right at home. Mark and Joe are very welcoming and help you to make the most of your stay. Our room, while bijoux, was very pretty, and we enjoyed sitting in the garden watching the sun go down and the squirrels play. Tea and coffee are always available and the... More

My wife and I had a really nice 2 night stay here in Springdale. Yes the room was small, but we knew that beforehand. The owners were friendly and the house is very quaint. It was lovely to sit out in the garden watching the sunset on the mountains above Zion NP. Breakfast at Oscars was also good, with plenty... More

We stayed at Under the Eaves in Springdale while enjoying 3 days of hiking in Zion. Joe and Mark were very gracious hosts, offering a perfect balance between hospitality and personal space. They are great stewards of this unique, well maintained gem! Easy access to the Zion Park shuttle was a real bonus and there are plenty of good restaurants... More

Stayed one night in the hiker room (room number 6) as I only wanted to sleep in a clean and affordable room. Both were met and this for a reasonable price in Springdale. The hikers room is in the basement of a "garden house" with another room on top of it. Due to the room location no window to overlook... More

We stayed here for 3 nights after being in Vegas so the relaxation was well needed. I will start with the good things. Location, you can't go wrong as it's literally in the middle of Springdale and 3 mins from Zion via the shuttle bus. Mark and Joe are very good hosts. They balance being available to answer questions, offer... More

Mark and Joe, our hosts, are charming and friendly. Their knowledge of the town, places of interest, shops and restaurants were very accurate. Under the Eaves Inn has partnered with Oscar's and provided vouchers for breakfasts. A fantastic restaurant with impeccable service. My husband and I dined there every morning with no complaints. We also ate there for dinner. The... More
