Don't waste your time! I scheduled a massage for the next day, giving them my credit card in case I was a no-show. We went hiking up in Zion for the day and made special arrangements to be back in time for a 3:30 pm massage. I walked in and told them my name and said I had an appointment....

Not only is this hotel clean and charming it has a laundry facility and lovely grounds. This was perfect after spending several nights camping. We were able to do a load of laundry, sit out by the pool and the location for getting into Zion on the free shuttle couldn't have been better. Also it was easy to walk to...

Everything about our recent one-night stay was great. The front desk was helpful with advice for seeing Zion in the half day we had available and for getting us started on our hike when exiting the park the following morning. The room was in the back of the complex with a balcony overlooking the entrance area of the park. The...

Very enjoyable stay in this friendly and convenient hotel. Very nicely landscaped and easy parking for access to Zion Park Shuttle. Leave your car here and ride shuttles into the park and then all through the park. Sunny weather gave us the chance to use the pool and hot tub after a long day of hiking in Zion. Rooms were...

Stayed here 2 years ago as well as 3 nights on April 24, 25 and 26th. Room #107. Two queen beds with Frette linens and towels..a Keurig coffee maker, TV (never watched). The grounds were full of flowers, very well kept. Check in staff SUPER friendly and helpful and not in a hurry...so refreshing. When you are a guest, you...

We spent five nights here in late April. There were 5 of us girls in a double queen room with a roll away and we had plenty of room for us and all our luggage. Not that we were in the room much. If we were at the hotel, we were either at their lovely $5 breakfast or by the...

Absolutely love Flanigan's Inn. Not a place with mass amounts of rooms like the La Quinta and Best Western down the street. Each building has a small feel but the rooms have a ton of space within them with outdoor patios. The separate mini-lodge buildings are interspersed between ponds and grassy areas (we saw deer roaming). The pool and hot tub...

My friend and I stayed one night at Flanigan's Inn. The staff is quite gracious. The surroundings are beautiful and well maintained. We did have a tiny issue upon entering our room. We noticed immediately there was a mechanical problem. This was something we could have lived with. However, we mentioned it to Roger, the manager. They only had one...

You can't beat the proximity to the Park Entrance and Visitor Center but the experience was average at best during our stay in late April. Room was on the first level and the noise from the second level was problematic. Room has a distinct odor -- not terribly unpleasant but very noticeable. The front desk service was poor -- problems...

Dear Guest, Thank you for providing feedback for your most recent stay with us. This is one of the ways that we can try to prevent these types of situations from occurring for future guests. Unfortunately, it doesn't give us the opportunity to make your stay what it should have been while you were here. I am very sorry to...

We spent two nights at Flanigan's Inn, completely felt at ease with the surrounding. ( Love the Labyrinth up on the hill with beautiful view ) It's serene & peaceful. Room was comfortable. Attentive & knowledgable staff like Alane, Sharon & Tiffany. Our spa experience was exquisite. Christine was wonderful. Spotted Dog Cafe provided good food. Jess, our waitress was...
