Located in a quiet area, away from the noisy Nakuru town. Rooms designed to look like hostels but with large windows. Wifi is only available in the conference rooms and restaurant albeit with very weak signal. No TV in the rooms. Food was good though

I recently visited this lodge and stayed in one of the cottages. It was a pretty decent room, large and clean. The porches are wooden planks and need refresher paint. It had an open bathroom concept which I found interesting, but may be less than ideal for some. The bed was too firm for me, but I did manage to...

First, the hostel like rooms. They have a few cottages but if you're in a big group, you may end up staying in rooms that remind me of boarding school. The walls in this room are so thin I could hear everything going on in the next room. Also there are no Tvs in the rooms, not even the cottages. Some rooms have no...

A summary of food, rooms, and overall service. Rooms (cottages) 3.5/5 (Hot Showers only available on request! they will 'send' hot water...

The lodge has dipped to a pathetic level in terms of service . The waiters are aloof and disinterested. The security guards are just extremely disenfranchised and arrogant. We waited for 37 minutes to be served only to be told it's buffet ...we decided to leave then got detained at the gate on grounds that we didn't have a clearance...

The lodge is Good when there are a few people like 30-50 pax. The food was good and fresh when we were few. On 24th December when more people came until it was at full capacity, the confusion started. At dinner time the food got finished and few guests including myself had to do with boiled chicken and cabbage. Never...

Such a rip off. Nothing compared to whats on the website. No Tvs in the rooms, WiFi Internet too weak, Bad food and poor customer service. No intercom between the rooms and service providers. No cancellation policy. Feels like a con game

Our driver had to practically unglue us from the flamingos in Bogoria and after 5pm we are back on the main road. At 6:48 we turn right in Nakuru but it takes us almost an hour to find our lodge as it is after dark. It is tremendously difficult to look for a place when it is pitch black but...
