Clean and spacious, great location. Would highly recommend staying here if you are on a budget. Didn't eat at the restaurant so can't speak for that. Rented a moto across the street for a better price than the places down the block were offering.

Before arriving i read about a few guest houses, and heard the Sout Jai was an ok place to stay. We turned up around 6pm to find they had a double room spare for 80,000 kip which was excellent. Starting with the positives, the guesthouse is right smack in the middle of downtown and quick walk to the river or popular nightlife spots.
