We stayed at the Intercontinental Alpensia last week for my 25th birthday celebration. Our reasoning behind choosing to ski in Alpensia was the upcoming Winter Olympics and that there was an 5* hotel. With this in mind, we had quite high expectations for the service at the Intercontinental, being an international luxury brand in an Olympic Resort. I had been...

Skiing holiday in Pyeong Chang which coincided with my wife's birthday. Decided to try "Flavours". Food was okay and service cold and soulless. We asked for a slice of cake for my wife's Birthday - they were not able to produce in the restaurant had to go to lobby. (That's one star down.. now four stars). The complex offer 10%...

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was spacious and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. Once you are in the room, you would just want to stay in and laze around. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food, which were freshly prepared. The staff here were well trained and could communicate in proper English.

It was first time to stay in Alpensia. As an ambassador member, I've stayed many Intercontinental hotels in overseas but I really liked to stayed here even it's one night. I think it was much better experience when I stayed in Intercontinental Tokyo! And the room conditon was perfect :) I definitely want to go there and stay longer !

We stayed at this hotel with our family of 4 and had two connecting rooms. Our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, comfortable and clean. The lobby of the hotel is very cosy with a nice fireplace which adds to the resort feel and is very inviting after a whole day skiing. What we were most pleased with was the fantastic...

Stayed two nights with Intercontinental. It was my family and my first time to Pyeongchang and we wanted to pick a hotel that is centrally located and of course next to the ski mountains. 1) Service - Great but.. At the point of check in, we were greeted warmly by the staffs. The staffs have also shared with us information...

With a perfect view of the slopes, and with weather pouring in perfectly white snow inside my room on X-Mas day (forgot to close the window), it could nit have been a better set up for my 2 girls. We stayed there for 6 days and all we had to do is walk a bit to to the ski house...

Stayed 1 night at InterContinental Alpensia during my holiday in Korea. Hotel is in a beautiful location, room is clean & spacious. Wide selection for the buffet breakfast. The hotel was very beautiful, the location so far from incheon airport almost 3 hours, but its worth it to reach. The hotel so near with ski house and ski area.
