Casa Canada was a fine hotel for staying on Big Corn Island with the views and pool being plusses. The one thing that was below expectations was the mattress of the sofa bed in our room. It was really thin and you could feel the metal springs. If you are traveling with children, book a room with 2 beds or...

Overpriced hotel, slow wifi, nice infinity pool and amazing views for breakfast but restaurant staff can be very rude and unwelcoming. Room leaves a lot to be desired. Loud aircon leaking water non stop and when it rains it feels like the roof will fall on you. East side of the island is windy and sea is rough which means...

We stayed at Casa Canada Feb.25-March 6. This is a great place to stay, I am sure the best on the island. Everything about this resort is first class. The service is amazing. I do not think they could have treated us better. Maybe it was because we were there for 9 nights, so we were like family. I do...

We stayed here for two nights after a long day of travel. I'm rating this 4 stars, due to the poor customer service in the office. The woman that greeted us was down right rude to us from the moment we arrived! She made us carry our own luggage up and Down several flight so stairs and was extremely ignorant....

We came on the strong recommendation of a friend and so pleased that we did. Having walked the whole island and toured other hotels we feel that we are in the best one. Ocean view (but no sea swimming), pleasant, friendly and very helpful staff. Miss Ebony and Miss Hailey in the office were always able to help and answer...

My experience with the staff here has been nothing but positive. Starting with bubbly Nadesca the restaurant manager, hard working Margaret, smiling Aden allthe cooks, housekeeping friendly Wesley groundskeeper, obliging Gina and Ebony in the office. They all went out of the way to please . One night I asked for Rondown they had to go out and get the right vegetables and...

A beautiful property, with a nice pool overlooking the ocean. We stayed in room 5, which has a great view, but definitely road noise was a factor. The mattress was comfortable, but one side was about 4 inches higher than the other (something to do with the bed frame I think) so we ended up sleeping sideways on the bed....

Three of us visited in January for a few days and on the whole a good experience. We had a suite, the super king was so comfortable, the sofa bed however, well, my poor friend drew the short straw on that one! Think carefully if you're choosing this room for more than 2 people. I would have to agree with...

We started out our visit to this hotel with a bad taste in our mouths as they had given away the room we had booked several months before. We specifically chose it due to tripadvisor rooms tips. They had absolutely no explanation for having done so, either. The room we ended up with was #2, backing onto the road and...

This hotel has the only pool on the island, with a gorgeous property including a patio with several chairs where you can eat breakfast (included), overlooking the island. Some of the best restaurants, including Marlene's, are in walking distance. There is air conditioning, a fridge, warm water, and cable TV. Wifi is included but spotty, not reliable. The biggest negative...

I am sorry that you had a bad service experience. I will be discussing these issues with the staff. We have also just hired a Restaurant manager whose main priority is service and quality, I hope you give us another Chance
