We were at a wedding at Castle Durrow, but stayed at the Ashbrook Arms, lovely room, gorgeous breakfast, very attentive staff. The only thing lacking was not having coffee making facilities in the room for first thing in the morning, before breakfast.

We came to Durrow for a wedding and had a wonderful stay. Lovely room with a comfortable bed, and wonderful Irish breakfast. The hosts were very accommodating to make our stay a wonderful one. Our room in the courtyard had a tv and hairdryer and great view out to the countryside.

I could not fault this beautiful, friendly, warm, comfortable place. To call it a guest house isn't good enough,it was like home from home ,but 100 times better. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, from the owner to the housekeeping to the restaurant staff to the kitchen . I would go back in a heart beat, 4 nights was not long enough.... More

Great sized room, despite booking it as a single. Spotlessly clean. Excellent shower. Breakfast the next morning was magnificent. Rosita, our hostess was extremely helpful in suggesting places to eat out and go for a drink etc.

We at here about two weeks ago to treat ourselves to a Sunday lunch here after hearing so many wonderful things about the food. And wonderful it was! We all loved (and devoured) our meals. It was extremely busy with what I could see were two communions. However, our service was perfect. The staff work really hard and were extremely... More

I arrived in the late afternoon and checked in. When they saw I was suffering from a sore knee and had a youngish dog in tow I was immediately transferred from a room on the upper floor to one of the rooms in the courtyard, which made life much easier. The food in the restaurant was good and plentiful, The... More

Wonderful experience in Ashbrook Arms. We had an 80th birthday celebration and had a family group ranging in age from 9 to.....80! All of us were delighted with the food, private room, and staff at the Ashbrook Arms. Definitely would recommend it and we will be back. Thank you Ashbrook.
