Durrow House has regained my belief in the true great Irish Welcome! I have just returned from a four day stay in Durrow House. My stay was for four days. I can only say that my hosts, Noreen and Francis James Joyce are the most caring and warm people that I have met for some time. From the moment that...

Ideal location when we attended a wedding at durrow castle. A bit dated but the house was warm clean and the owners were very friendly. Breakfast served in morning was good. We would recommend this b&b.

we stayed there last Saturday night, 22 August and I have to say, it was lovely and clean, old fashioned yes, but not every thing has to be modern! The welcome we got was amazing, it felt like we'd been there hundreds of times before! The room was clean, nice white towels etc ,a comfortable bed in a room at...

My husband and I stayed in Durrow House last night (October 11th) as we had a wedding in the area. Its a majestic house which I believe is over 300 years old. From the moment we arrived Noreen and Jim were warm and welcoming and treated us like we were old friends. Our room was huge and overlooking the square....

Great location for wedding in Castle Durrow. Hosts friendly but house was worn and tired. Room was clean and large with comfortable bed. However accommodation lacked any "heart" or warmth. Very 70's style headboard, chipboard lockers with cheap lamps and curtains/duvet cover. Apart from one antique nothing to compliment the period of the house. Ensuite very poor. Whole house needs...

On arrival we were met by Noreen the very warm & welcoming landlady who could not do enough for us. Our room was very large, spotless & beautifully furnished, luxurious carpets throughout, & very comfortable bed. Our room was near the...

The hosts Noreen and Jimmy were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Room was absolutely fine, breakfast was fit for a king and...
