This inn, or at least our room, was pretty plain. It was however very clean. Also, our luggage was delayed by Seaborne airlines (a very small company), and the front desk sold toothbrush and toothpaste to us for 6 dollars. Usually these things are complimentary.
We had to wait to get the ferry to Culebra and stayed here. Were tired and so the incredibly accomodating staff let us get into our room 2 hours early and we slept for like 12 hours without interruption, so it must be an incredibly...More

The Fajardo has a parrot just outside the office that likes to start talking art 6 a.m. so I would ask for a room not too close to the office and restaurants but yes the main building is the best if you want too be close to everything. This past February we had a room on the pool side and we did not notice that it was noisy. This is because the pool close to the restaurants is more for adults - the pool for kids is down the hill and far enough away that you won't hear it. One of the things we liked about the upper pool is they don't play music through speakers. People can enjoy the natural sounds of birds and the breeze through the palm trees.
