Spectacular property, friendly staff, delicious food, breathtaking views, convenient to San Juan, rain forest and bio bay. Booking on line was frustrating and took much too long, but that is only option. Would have loved to speak to someone at resort who actually knew the propert. Once we arrived and settled, didn't want to leave

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 3 November 2016

Great hotels sometimes offer private enclaves of luxurious privacy and Las Casitas does just that, while allowing all the benefits of the adjacent Waldorf Astoria Resort. The elegance is understated by the real luxury rests in the privacy and the grand setting, the pool and jacuzzi where even in the cold of a northern winter one can enjoy the cool...

Room type lower grade than promised; Smelly couch; leaking toilet and broken patio door. We asked for a room with space enough for our family, but felt dooped having to pay $100/day extra. Cot was terrible. Maids, restaurant and bell services were really good. Lunch food at Iguana's was over-salted and seemed pre-frozen. Chickens were obnoxious and flew up on...

Our family of 5 stayed at a 2 bedroom unit at Las Casitas and had a fabulous long weekend. Our place was huge, ocean view totally worth it, just a short walk to main hotel with more pools than we could count! Took ferry to island both days, never waited, beautiful weather. wE ate breakfast buffet and it was great,...

This is still the best choice for hotels or resorts on the far east coast of the island. It's attractive because of the location off the cliffs, by the ocean, where you'll see the Atlantic and Caribbean Sea. It's also part of El Conquistador which is a Waldorf Astoria property. All the casitas are suites. The exclusivity of Las Casitas...

We were originally booked in the Conquistador, went to our room and were disappointed with the general condition of the rooms and the entire facility. After moving to another room we walked over to the Casitas village and rented a one bedroom villa. The Casitas area is more modern and updated than the Conquistador hotel. The Conquistador is an old...

The amenities are extensive. They have almost any activity a family of all ages will enjoy. This makes this facility a special value. The staff is well trained and always has a friendly greeting. Multiple dining options and prices are reasonable for a resort. Chops is a classic steakhouse with good food and service.

We just finished a fantastic stay using HHhonors points at Las Casitas. As long as you've read the reviews and know what to expect, you will too. Here's the rundown: Arrival: -Using a taxi from the airport, expect to pay $100 (includes tip) there and $130 back. Much cheaper than the hotel's shuttle if you have a family. -Check-in was...

Las Casitas Village is an example of why Puerto Rico is called the enchanted island. The views from these villas and the surrounding property is breathtaking! The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and so willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The buildings are painted in beautiful bright Caribean colors, there's...

We loved the resort and the beach ride to the private island. The food options were very expensive and not worth the money, actually if you are going there for a culinary experience you are going for the wrong reason. The BUT in this review is that on the last nite at 2 AM in the morning a man appeared...
