Really cozy and a real "home" feeling when you live here. The hosts are great and takes good care of you. Show you nearest restaurants and book for you. Own cozy bar with wide range of beers! Nice big room with shower.

We had a beautiful stay in room no 1. There is a small terrasse in front of the room. Our laundry was taken care of, and the breakfast was SUPERB! The hosts are very helpful -what more can you ask for?

Wow - totally unexpected at the end of a challenging cycle we end up at the lodge with Anita and Korey our hosts - pleasant and non intrusive with an extensive knowledge on local craft beer. Great room, wonderful shower, china cups for tea and the breakfast range was extensive.

This is a great place to stay in Twizel. It is centrally located and the hosts provide warm, genuine kiwi hospitality. The rooms are a really good size and the beds are very comfortable. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

Stayed here with family. Lovely and extremely helpful and friendly hosts. Lovely to sit down in the evenings for a beer in the living room and chat with them. We have stayed in quite a lot of B&B, but this was one of the best!

Korey and Anita make you feel at home straight away with an invitation to "happy hour" in their little bar where Korey is an expert in the local boutique brewery beers. He is also able to tell you all you want to know about the hydro power plants in the area with some unique insider knowledge ;). Anita's scrambled eggs...

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay. We aim to make all our guests welcome on arrival. We are quite proud of the uniquely New Zealand craft beers that we are able to offer our guests, as this is a passion of ours. Korey's "day job" within the power stations gives him insights to the workings of them...

Great lodge with access to rooms from outside, feels very private. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Lovely family running this B&B and a good hearty brekky was cooked each day. It's no 5-star hotel but definitely a great option if you're driving through the area and well-priced for it's quality. Thanks, would happily stay again.

Korey and Anita were excellent hosts, making us feel welcome but giving us plenty of our own space. Our room was comfortable with our own entrance but we ate breakfast in the family dining room with other guests. It was delicious, relaxed and both hosts were around to tend to every need. Korey gave us excellent advice for our day...
