We have just returned from our stay at this hotel. Sadly we only had 3 amazing nights here as we stayed the first 9 nights of our trip at an inferior hotel in Jambiani (see other review). After having enjoyed a lunch here and liking what we saw, I contacted Dina to enquire about room availability for our final 3...

I work as a travel agent and I´m a extensive traveller. I´ve stayed in some amazing places around the world (1* to 6* Hotels) but Kilima Kidogot tops all of the guesthouses I´ve ever been. If you love small, cozy (11 rooms) guesthouses designed and furnished with loving attention to detail and a place where you feel like home -...

We visitted Kilima Kidogo in March, and we loved the relaxing place! But the kitchen then needed some improvement. We came back this weekend with some other Norwegian friends, and it was AMAZING!!! Among the best meals I've eaten in Zanzibar (and we have now lived here for 5 months). The place is also one of the most relaxing places...

Basic but what do you want when you have got this place right on the fantastic beach. Okay would be good to provide free water but it does not cost much to buy anyway. Dina was lovely and escorted us on two trips to Stone Town to include giant tortoises and a trip to the coral reef to include snorkelling....

very friendly owner and staf; basic hostel, a bit remote from the places where it actually happens (walking along the moonlit beach to get there, a bit of hassling from not unfriendly locals) ; good breakfast (banana pancakes!) and good food. nice pool.

No water is provided even for teeth brushing and a water bottle cost here $3 (4 times more...
