I arrived by boat from Cebu at 2:30 AM, and had pre-booked through phone a single room for my arrival. I called 30 minutes before the boat arrived, and I appreciated that the front desk personnel who answered my call was cheerful despite it being the dead of the night. Checking in was a breeze but I was given a...

My husband and I stayed here for a week. We had a great time at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and attentive to your needs. Their food in their cafeteria (Cafe Filomena) is good enough for sharing. Overall I give it a 5 star rating and will definitely come back if ever we will return to Dumaguete.

On a road trip to Dumaguete last week, we opted to stay at the Bethel Guest House mainly because of its business address. But unlike other hotels where bellhops happily help you with your luggage, it's more of a do-it-yourself thing in here. Uniformed staff are just standing around doing nothing and aren't that courteous either. Our 2 family rooms...

It was ordinarily ordinary. There was nothing extraordinary in our room in Bethel Guest House. Everything was very standard. BTW, the shower's trajectory was every which way.... Room was ordinarily uninspiring. Just good enough to sleep. Wifi was quite good. What was not acceptable was.... I inquired about the schedule of Oceanjet to Siquijor and I was informed that it...

It's situated in a good spot with a few bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are simple but expected this as it's fairly inexpensive to stay. We had organised to be picked up by BGH, but no one came to get us. So we just found a tricycle and made our own way into town from the airport... no drama. Suited...

What I like about this place is that it's right int he middle of the city. It's a few kms away from the airport, the port and even walking distance to the best restos around the area. I was somewhat puzzled why it lookes so much like a hospital (maybe it was a hospital before? idk) nevertheless our stay has...

Bethel Guest House is right on the boulevard which makes it great location if you want to go for a walk along the boulevard, bar/cafe hop, and there's some good places to eat along there. The cafe downstairs has awesome calamansi juice and mango shake! My two friends and I stayed in a family room whilst my parents stayed in...

I travel a lot in the P.I. and Bethei is easily one of the best hotels for the money I have ever stayed in. 1400P per night and everything works ! If you travel enough in Philippines you will understand how rare that is. The wifi connection is strong and big new TVs with cable. Hot water to shower and...
