Spent 1 night here, great hotel excellent value for money, only downside we booked a economic room as only sleeping in the room but it didn’t have a window only a sky light, but we were only sleeping in the room so not really a biggie...
Breakfast was extremely good value at 7 euros and plentiful.
Looked to have a nice pool but a lass didn’t have time to try it.
Will definitely stay again.

January 5 perfect! Friendly welcome! Our refrigerator box was broken. We were allowed to put our food and drinks in the fridge in the hotel.
Safe, closed parking.
Booked directly for 16/2. Same room.

Today we arrived here. Most unfriendly, surly welcome ever! My husband asked if something special could be done for breakfast because it was his wife's birthday. And before he could even propose to pay for this, we got a snap and a bite. Nothing special here. I asked about the friendly lady from last time. Girl snapped that we had to make do with her all weekend. Leave hotel at 11am.
Yep, frau flic was on the tip of my tongue.
Different room than we requested. Phew.
Too bad that one person can ruin everything...

The hotel is very well located 5 minutes from the city center on foot. Secure parking. The room is very good. Good value for money. The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast is ok with the possibility of having it on the terrace.

Stayed there for 4 nights while having a look around the area.
Location is quite and has private parking while is only 10 minutes walk to the old Town with all the activities.
Comfortable room with a nice terrace but the room service was a bit hit a miss.
Good breakfast and very good restaurant with great service. Nice pool if you need to cool down a bit

A very friendly welcome and a location 9 minutes walk from the center of Pezenas.
The breakfast is perfect, pity that the restaurant is closed in the evening especially if it has the same qualities as the Pension A very good Pension stage
Just one small remark the pillows are average

The hotel is a ten minute walk into Pezenas historical centre. There were plenty of parking spaces. The staff were all very friendly & helpful.
Our room was a small double overlooking the swimming pool. The bed was comfortable & the room clean as was the en suite bathroom. The rooms had air conditioning units.
The restaurant was very good, we had two evening meals and one breakfast here. Many locals use the restaurant which is always a good sign.
When the staff have finished breakfast service & housekeeping. The main doors to the hotel are locked, guests have a code to unlock the gate to the car park and can enter the hotel via an outdoor staircase. The reception reopens at 5pm. There was a good sized swimming pool, you did have to ask staff to unlock the gate. You were given a code for free wifi, which could be a little intermittent.
The only real downside of the hotel was it was quite noisy, the bedroom walls were thin, this was worse for us because we were next to the maids store room (room116)

Hotel le saint germain is located within an easy 15 minute walk of the town centre. It has a small pool which was in need if a clean on my visit.
Anyone planning to visit needs to be aware that the hotel is not staffed full time. We could not check in or even get in to wait until 1730 as all doors were locked and once we got in the receptionist was less than friendly.

Once in the room, which was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom, it became evident that the air conditioning wasn't working. This was reported 4 times to different people, when they could be found, and nothing was done. The room had no windows, only skylights and the temperature became unbearable. There does not appear to be a manager - the extent of the staff seemed to be a very part time receptionist, waitress and chef.

It is not acceptable in a 3 star hotel for there to be no staff around for the majority of the day. It is a reasonable, if somewhat overpriced hotel, in room size and facilities but the part time nature of the employees renders it a risky prospect for an enjoyable stay.

Additionally, I was quoted an incorrect price when making a reservation - had I not objected I would have been 40 euros a night poorer. The check in time is also late and check out very early.

Overall, very poor experience. I would have been disappointed with this service from a 2 star hotel at half the price.
