Had a short break with tuition with a friend here in March 2015. It is an excellent value means of getting on the mountain, only for the sacrifice of "chalet" style catering (you have to clear your plates and clean the tables after meals, as well as your room on checkout). The meals were great: lunch is available, so full...

I´ve in 8 UCPAs so far, and twice in Flaine les Lindairs Flaine is the best UCPA so far, along with La PLagne. Although Flaine itself is kind of an ugly town, the location is just perfect. You can ski all the way to the center. The food is great, and the double rooms are comfortable. I got a brand...

Excellent location - about 1m walk to the ski shop and the snow, great instructors, outstanding food, breakfast lunch and dinner (but I always end up eating too much cheese!). Nice chilled out bar area with an open fire when it's cold, and there are a couple of local pubs around (White Pub is great) but I think it's a...

What a great way to ski on a budget. The UCPA experience was fab. Rooms are basic but clean. Food is buffet style and plentiful. Skis, boots, lift pass and ski school are all included. We went with family and friends during families week. The ski slopes are nearby - just a few moments walk away. It is possible to...

This is the best way to ski on a budget and what a service you get too!!! Absolutely fantastic. The accommodation is basic, but that's only for sleeping! The resort is great, plenty of access to other resorts too. Food was wonderful and we had a lovely new year party which we didn't expect. Full of food and wine, great...

If you are after a comfortable and pleasantly decorated hotel with a reliable wifi connection, this is not the place for you. As UCPA is a not for profit organisation, accommodation is modest at best (hostel-style) and requires guests to bring their own bath towels and perform a quick tidy up before checking out. Notwithstanding, I can note the following...

We booked this late in the Ski season in 2014 and were very excited but worried as the price was relatively cheap. We were far from disappointed with this experience. UCPA is a one stop shop for skier's. Room, food, ski hire, lift passes and instruction are all included in the price and each seems to work seamlessly. The building...

Everything is included (breakfast, lunch, dinner, 6 1/2 day ski pass, equipament rent and class), but you will have to clean your room when you leave. Here you will stay inside the montain. When you leave the UCPA you are already in the snow. After the ski, there is no much stuff to do here. Free internet does not works,...

This was my 3rd experience skiing with UCPA. If you are looking for a cheap way to ski in France, this is definitely one of the best options I have come across. The best aspect of UCPA Flaine is the fact that you can literally ski from the door step of the centre. The location to the pistes is perfect....
