We didn't know that Malia was a youngsters resort with many people coming here to drink and party so I will try to keep this review objective. This is why i awarded 4* instead of the maximum 3* that it personally felt for me.

Hi, my husband and I are both in our 50’s and stayed at the Primavera in September 2017. It is family owned and they are very welcoming and accommodating. We didn’t have any noise disturbances or see any trouble in the 2 weeks we were there. There are plenty of places to eat out and plenty of bars so you can go as ‘noisy’ or as quiet as you like. The old town is beautiful and quieter than the main streets. I wouldn’t go high season but would go again in September. There were plenty people our age around -and older. We were a little worried having found out it was 18-30 after we booked it but we needn’t have done. It felt very safe.
