We arrived at Klein Wien late on our first night and were welcomed by a ready lay out meal. The dorm was very nice (room 6), but my top bunk was very creaky and loud. It was always clean when we got back. The view from the balcony is amazing. One of the light switches was behind the wardrobe and a bit hard to reach, and one night I plugged my phone in to one of the plugs, checked it was charging, but to my dismay when I got up I discovered it was on 0%. The service at dinner was good, and they always catered for our dietary needs. Overall a good stay.

What a brilliant hotel with helpful staff and fantastic views over the Bay of Naples. Tremendous in every way. Visited with a school group and the staff could not be more accommodating to meet the needs of pupils - specifically diets and making sure allergies and conditions were catered for. The accommodation is fine for teenagers with a solarium on the roof for groups to congregate. There is a large dining room on the fifth floor for groups. Three courses are served for dinner - pasta, meat plus veg and a pudding. Breakfast is also delicious. Staff are all excellent, beyond helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and a supermarket nearby enables kids to buy water, fruit and snacks cheaply. Great hotel for a school trip based on the Bay of Naples.

Where do i start! This hotel is one of the best seaside hotel I have ever been too. It's close to the beach (2 mins) and the hotel is spacious and clean, has a balcony with a beautiful view of piano.. There is a terrace on top and the food in the hotel is amazing, We ordered tomato pasta one night for dinner and the food was surprisingly lovely!! I need to note that the staff here are wonderful, you can tell it's a family run business with every single member of staff treating us with respect and helping us with boat tours etc ! If your going- ask for roberto to help-he organised an entire day trip to capri for us and hand wrote an itenery for us! The staff really care about the hotel as it's super clean, the food is amazing and we constantly saw members of staff doing maitnenice on the hotel to keep it fresh and new. This hotel made me and my friend feel so warm and welcome as we are two young girls and we will 100 percent be coming back. We look forwards to seeing you next year! Xxxxxx

I have never had such terrible food. Oil on lettuce with a small sausage. Undercooked pasta. The highlight was an orange (unpeeled) for desert. On the last night thawed out desert, lovely watery cake. At least that what I think it was. Shameful food.
