Together with my girlfriend we've spent one night in this very nice B&B. We were welcome by a super kind host, the sweet and very polite Danila. The place is super clean and the breakfast is fine; the house is the best version of 70's design. Bath is in common but it is clearly written during booking process.

Room is bright, big and clean, with all the features that you will need. Apartment itself located in quite area, so quality of sleep is pretty high. Owner doesn't speak English very good, but she is very hospitable and kind, always willing to help you. Breakfast is very good and variable for this type of property. I strongly recommend this place to people who don't want to spend too much, but appreciate home like Italian atmosphere.

We only stayed one night at the B&B Dieci. The location is good, on the one hand, in that it's not too far from the center of Arona or the Lake. On the other hand, there's no view of the lake and there's not much going on in the area just around the hotel. I think I'd prefer to pay a little more next time be in a more lively part of town and/or to have a view of the lake from the property. The owner was very nice. The rooms were large and comfortable. Our towels smelled sour, unfortunately, and the owner is a smoker. There were lots of (clean) ash trays throughout the house. I didn't see the owner smoke inside, but I did see her smoke just outside with the door open, and I did notice an odor of smoke in the house. Breakfast was very plain. Apparently that's due to local regulations on what B&Bs are allowed to serve, but this was the plainest breakfast we had in the 7 places we stayed in Italy during this trip.

Stayed here for only one night, but it was good. We were amazed with the amount of space. The room and bathroom were really clean and very well furnished in a modern way. The bed was large and we had a separate single bed for the baby. It was a bit difficult to find the place as there was no signs, but google maps would give you the exact location, so we’ve managed to find it eventually. WIFI was free and good. The property has got its own private parking. There is a private garden with play house and a slide for kids and our boy loved it. Arona lakeside is only 5-7 minutes walk (presumably, as it takes ages to get somewhere with a kid). The hosts were great, ready to help with anything you may need. Breakfast was basic, like everywhere in Italy, so don’t expect much. The only problem for me was the mattress, which was too soft for me and my damaged neck, but I’m sure most of the people would find it comfortable enough. There is no TV in the room (at least we didn’t find one), but we didn’t really miss it. Would happily stay here again if I’m in the area.
