I recommend that you do not make any reservations at this campsite. I had a reservation with them, they canceled my flight and although they tell you something on the phone, then they don't return your money, they lie to you and they don't help customers. They have won 300 euros, but they have lost a client and they have earned a very bad reputation. You can't treat people like that, greed ends up paying dearly. That area is full of much better establishments, I recommend you look for another one, these are scammers.

Really enjoyed my time on the site even though I was working. The food and the staff at the restaurant/bar were both amazing and more than reasonable. The site is right on lake maggiore little spiaggia with bar and water sports available.

We booked this campsite as we'd previously visited Stresa and were looking for a dog friendly site in the area. We stayed in the Brick House Smart accommodation which was lovely. Very modern and clean with air con etc. The site has lots of subsidiary camp companies (mainly Dutch) with some nice looking pre pitched tents. The pool is basic but the kids were happy enough. The play area is good too. The service in the Eleven Cafe was a bit hit and miss. We stayed during the world cup and obviously the kids and some adults were getting excited during some matches. Not unruly but it all seemed to be a bit much for this gentleman! We also arrived after a long drive between lunch and dinner and they weren't super accommodating when we asked if there was anything we could get for the kids to eat. The staff on reception were brilliant. Super friendly, couldn't do enough for us. I think perhaps we were disappointed because the last campsite near Stresa we stayed at was so nice we'd been spoiled. The private beach was no dogs allowed as was the public beach and both weren't actually directly next to the site - you had to exit to get to them. I like to go running and have previously run along the trails next to out campsite and here there is nowhere nice to run. Just along the main roads which are super busy and dont all have paths. It was an expensive 5 days and while Arona and Stresa are beautiful, we spent a lot less time on site because it was a bit basic and tired.

We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children so took 2 x 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mobile homes. We were fortunate that our accommodation was right by the entrance to the lake. This meant it was farthest from the entertainment abut was an easy walk, but also meant it was quiet. The children's playground was excellent and our grandchildren aged from 6 to 10 had a great time there. They also enjoyed the entertainment and the mini-disco. The pools were good but very cold so we spent our time in the lake at Alice Beach which was lovely and shallow for the wee ones. The main seating area was on grass so very little sand if your children wanted to play but the lake more than made up for the lack of sand. The campsite shop only sold toys and games but you could buy bread at the restaurant. However, there was a large supermarket only 5 minutes from the site entrance which we used for all our shopping. The food in the campsite restaurant was good and there were also a couple of good restaurants on the same road as the supermarket. The big downside was the mosquitoes which were horrendous!! Fortunately the children avoided being bitten but we all suffered despite using anti-mosquito sprays.

Stayed in the Residence Alice. Pleasantly located near the lake. Very nice apartment with a spacious balcony. Animation Team were very nice. They did their best to entertain most evenings with their shows and they clearly work very hard. My daughter loved the dancing at the end of the night, very catchy tunes and dances. Handy having a supermarket directly opposite the campsite. Nice food in the campsite, apart from the pizzas! Reasonable prices too. Stunning cappachinos!! Nice little beach area on the lake, but the lake was very dirty. Thank goodness there was a shower on the beach, as I wouldn't have liked sitting around feeling dirty after a swim! The only negatives were:- Needing a card to gain entry to the lake, considering we were a family of 4 and were only given 2 cards, this was a nuisance to say the least. We wouldn't all go to the lake at the same time, so many times, we would have to hang around the gate to wait for someone to come through. The air-con was eco, so if wanted to sit out on the balcony, we were unable to shut the doors tight, so therefore the air-con would shut off. It wasn't the best system, which was disappointing. After paying £2000 for a 2 week stay, disappointed to see they were charging for sunloungers around the swimming pool and on the beach. Very friendly, polite, helpful staff at reception and the beach bar, however, shame we couldn't say the same for the staff at the restaurant!! There was a nice little restaurant just up the road called Leonardos, which was very nice to have somewhere to go for a change from the campsite. Would have liked some tennis tournaments and more football tournaments would have been good. Was given a bottle of wine on leaving, which was a nice gesture.

This campsite was a nice base at the southern end of lake Maggiore in Northern Italy. We had our own tent and found the pitches quite small but in our experience this is quite normal on the continent. The facilities were good, a beach on the lake, a swimming pool, clean toilets / showers. The takeaway / restaurant served tasty food which was reasonably priced. There was a good program of entertainment for adults and kids. There was also a fab playground. My only real complaint was the noise in the early morning. The site was under a flight path, the planes seemed to stop at night but start again early morning. There was also a noisy church bell nearby which chimed every hour! Overall though a good holiday in a very picturesque area, would recommend trips to Lake D'Orta and Lake Como.

Nice and very clean camping. Great camping places, mobile homes and bungalows. Nice restaurant on site and great service at reception (especially Ivan) only (little) complain is loud music at beach cafe and everyday the same play list... Gets annoying. But that shouldn't scare you of going to this camping. Definitely recommend.

The camping site is very clean, all sanitary areas are well kept, the staff is very friendly and the kids loved the activities they planned. The beach is right next door, but there is also a very nice pool area at the site. The onsite restaurant has a very wide selection of foods and quality is also good. the price is very reasonable, so in summary it was s great stay. and one to recommend.

Very clean, great facilities and very helpful staff. The only problem was that a storm took out the wifi repeaters and we had no wifi in the appartment. Otherwise simply amazing! I particularly liked the reserved private parking space, the pool and the close proximity of all necessities. The restaurant serves great pizza too.
