The question is, do you want it loud or do you want it loud? There's a street in front of the hotel, rails in the back and a huge parking space that is heavily used by the restaurants (around the hotel and also one in the ground floor of the restaurant). The traffic continues throughout the night and doesn't even stop on a Sunday morning. There's also live music from the restaurant on the ground floor. So for anybody who is looking for a quiet place to sleep, don't choose this location. The breakfast is an absolute minimal breakfast, the breakfast room is tiny (that's why you have to register for a breakfast shift). The pictures the hotel puts up look fabulous, the photographer must have been a genius. In reality this is a run-down place. Moreover, if you show any sign of unhappiness because of the whole situtation during check-in or check-out, then the hotel labels you as "no-show" (still charging your credit card of course) to prevent you from putting a rating up on certain booking portals. That's probably also the reason why it is rated so high on several portals. It's fake and not worth the money!

The room (we had No 106) was modern & very clean, the location great, the parking helpful. Thanks to Tripadvisor we had great dinners in restaurants, all within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was certainly Corona-conditioned so reduced: There was toast, ham, cheese and egg per personal allocation. We were there for 1 week - it was the same every day. This could be optimised. We could not use the sauna because of the special opening hours. Unfortunately, our beautiful holiday was spoiled afterwards: We always keep our things in a locked suitcase in hotels when we are not in the room during the day. This was also the case here the whole week. Exception: the day after we went shopping. We hung exactly 4 items in the room so they wouldn't crease. Everything else was in the suitcase or in the car. One of the clothes we bought, for which we have a receipt, did not arrive at home and could only have stayed in the hotel. In whatever way. What a pity. Maybe it will turn up...

The staff was very kind and helpful, there is an elevator, which makes carrying your belongings easy, the room was very comfortable, it had everything we needed, it was very clean, the bathroom had more than enough towels, there was air conditioning, only when opening the windows could result in some noise from the street, but my family was very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was very delicious, everything was very organised in the dining room. The price is really good for staying here, the parking is full during the day but it's almost empty dyring the evening so I recommend coming here later in the day. I really recommend this hotel, resting here was a very pleasant experience.

We stayed here for one night on a stop over trip. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great with a good range and the restaurant attached to the hotel was also really nice.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The first night we noticed: - WiFi did not work - Shower was partly broken - Room on booking website was not the same as the one we have got. - Spa area (s. all nice photos) costs additionally - very noisy (busy street in front, train in back) The second night our aircon did break down. I tried one hour to fix it and then called the reception. After he tried another hour it was 2 am in the morning. Then the AIR CONDITION DID STILL NOT WORK. I asked the guy to give me a key for another room to just go there for a sleep. Instead of just bringing us the key, he requested me to come down to the lobby where he refused to give another key unless I move my stuff to new room. I explained him that we just want to get some sleep in the cooled room and would go back to our room when we wake up. This lazy and very unfriendly guy constantly refused. It was 2 am in the morning and we had to drive another six hours very soon. This is against any customer friendliness. So I was forced to move our luggage. When I checked the aircon in the second room I had to notice that this one was broken too... We slept in the room with more than 30 degree Celsius (s. picture)! The next day I wrote a complain and gave it to the staff (s. photo). At the same time I requested a price reduction due to the faults/defects. The lady at the reception said that she will call the management. When I checked out she just gave me the invoice with the normal price. To my question, whether she had discussed the reduction, she confirmed and said the management would not reduce anything. We are still very disappointed of the unprofessional behavior of the staff and the management. The only excuse we received was from a cleaning lady.

Great place, veeeeeery friendly staff, rooms are modern, clean and big. Had a balcony that could fit 10-20 people plus a nice view. It's true, showers are quite small but it worked for me. Free bike rent? Yes please! A.C. in each room, necessary with temperatures that high!Prices were reasonable and quite low, which was great! Would definitely come back,

Very noisy place located between busy street and railway. The hotel was only partly renovated and you can see the old parts here and there together with the new stuff and this spoils the general impression of the place. Although the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was too simple but eatable.

The hotel is not bad. It is clean, the rooms are big, bathrooms are clean and the service is ok. There is plenty of free parking and the internet is decent (the registration process is not very user friendly and active sessions expire fast) On a different note, it is located right on the main road where all the traffic is. So when we were given a room overlooking the traffic, I asked for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. The people were very kind and gave me a room overlooking their back yard, forgetting to mention that the train tracks are about 50 yards from the hotel. I felt a bit like Joe Pesci in My Cousin Vinny.
