All impeccable. However, always small details that sometimes those who walk in this notice the difference. Breakfast should be included in the price as at this time it did not justify being so expensive. In the wc there should be two lighting circuits, one with the extractor and the other without the extractor, because the room where I was the extractor made a lot of noise to the point of waking up in the middle of the night or not giving the comfort due to the noise. In the indoor pool the smell of chlorine was very strong to the point of being there for a long time (2h) being irritating to the throat, maybe the lack of air circulation. But the ambient music sometimes made the angry throat forget. And instead of chlorine, salt, of course some things would have to be changed. However I liked it very much, the time is that passed very quickly. I have already recommended it to many friends and family members.

Overall, the room (studio) is comfortable and well meets the expectation (excellent bed), with the exception of the fridge bar (which had no contents, not even a water) and soundproofing.
The spa has no schedule and is pleasant, especially the sauna and the Turkish bath, and the pool, despite having a good size, the water was not hot and had inoperative jacuzzi buttons. The massage area has a delicious smell of essential oils, the rooms are comfortable, but the massage ritual needs to be improved (less repetitive massage movements, less noise in the relaxation phase...).
It lacks a living room to be able to live together, play cards, etc.
It is only personally that one realizes that it is more of an apartment hotel than a hotel, hence not having almost living areas and having some less conventional procedures like having to pay at the restaurant, etc. every time you use it, or then opening an account with a credit card at the reception to be able to put the expenses in the room... (even having already arrived with accommodation paid in advance and having given the personal identification data).
Breakfast is varied and meets perfectly. The dining room is cozy but small and is also the only one for lunch and dinner, meals that are only based on Italian food, being that, the carbonara pasta was little cooked and no taste and almost no ingredients, which is not acceptable for a 4* and much less for the practiced price. Some dining tables are very dark because the lighting is poorly distributed.
All staff is very helpful, the view blurred, the gardens are beautiful and well cared for, the garage very accessible and a great value in the rainy days.

Very unpleasant service at the restaurant. Staff not welcoming at all overall.
Bottle of water left empty in the room during room service (for the High Award, this would be the bare minimum of handing over a full bottle of water).
No way to have a drink at the Pension bar during the day as it is constantly closed between meals, we were packed by the lady of the restaurant.
Terrace closed as there were a few small drops left of the rain from the previous day, when it was sunny and hot that day. We were forced to eat locked in this small restaurant when a simple 10 minute cleaning would have solved the problem.
Parmesan served expired.
We had to insist and negotiate for 10 min to be able to order pasta bolognese in adult portion since it was only on the children's menu. Really not helping at all and with all this, not only was nothing offered on the Rating, but also the waitress forgot to give us 10 Euros, we had to check ourselves to see.

Website deceptive... Reservation for 3 adults / 1 night... in the suggestions of the site for 3 adults appear rooms at 180€ (I have print), but when we call to mark (after 3 attempts - calls off), ask for 300 and such euros. However, I managed to Reservation on a foreign website, cheaper... It's sad when it's... When we arrived at Check In we were greeted by a super antipathetic person (it was doing the freight and it seemed to have been the one who answered the phone) and fortunately someone more understood appeared in the reception that said that they were treating us with a "well, welcome"!
I have to point out that not a bottle of water was made available in the room... for the price (which is still not cheap)... it remains to wish it was the least they could do.... In the room, the curtain had a very visible brown spot (which I want to believe would be chocolate).

The pool was worth it, and the restaurant was worth it. The food is divine. As for the rest… I ordered a romantic package to celebrate the wedding anniversary which would cost €35 and included a cake. In the end, no cake, no massage oil. Just half a dozen Macarons (small), 4 chocolates and two small bottles of sparkling wine. What is our surprise when in the end they give us a discount… of €1.20!!! I paid €33.80 for this!! I was left without cake, without oil and my attempt to surprise my husband failed!! Regarding friendliness, we highlight a man who served us at lunch who was super friendly and polite!

We chose this hotel because it has a SPA and its proximity to Lisbon and it did not disappoint! The experience was great and we really felt the attention of the staff in ensuring that we had a good stay. We really liked the Omaggio restaurant, we caught live music one of the nights and it was a lot of fun. We slept peacefully because there are no noises in the apartment, the blackout is complete with the blinds, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. It was perfect for what we wanted, which was basically a good nights sleep and good days relaxing in the spa, outdoor pool, gardens and river beach. It was perfect to escape the routine!

Fantastic stay at Praia do Sal! Accommodations were spacious and modern. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the octopus with sweet mashed potatoes. We ended up having to stay 2 unplanned extra nights because our flight was cancelled. Staff was able to find us a room and provided us some basic toiletries because our luggage was lost. Beautiful sunset views and short drive to Lisbon. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back when I visit Portugal again.

Rooms are very large and equipped with fitted kitchen and all appliances (washing machine, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave) in household size with German branded items; huge balcony or terrace. Italian restaurant with half board with 8 standard dishes a disaster! Desserts only partially available. Never half board again! Drinks expensive and not included! Apartment hotel is clean and close to the beach Tagus, which is easy to use in floods. In the village very little to see and only a restaurant on the beach. Bloodless (Portuguese) bullfighting an experience and a MUST for anyone who wants to see passionate folklore!

The hotel is very new and offers a very peaceful time away. As a family of four, the hotel had everything we needed for our young children and were quick to provide cribs and baby chairs for them. The hotel is clearly very recent which translates in a few processes needing some improvement. We were surprised to arrive and find out that we could only use the indoor pool one hour a day after booking. And the day we arrived the booking was full! It was not a good first impression, when the pool was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. Then, whenever we went to the pool, we were always asked to only use 1 or 2 sunbeds even though we were 4 adults and 3 children. I understand the limited space, but as a paying client that was not warned about this, it didn't feel good that I was limited in when I could use the pool and how.
However, besides the pool issue, the staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive! I guess the peace of the river and the staff were the best part of the hotel! :)
