Our room was modern and well-equipped, with all required amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet at night. Lovely view from the spacious balcony. We also enjoyed a drink on the rooftop bar which helped make for a relaxing evening.

First time in Portugal, first time in Alcochete. The hotel is well located, about thirty minutes from Lisbon, in a quiet setting facing the sea. The staff welcomes us warmly, in clear and easily understandable English. No complaints ! We have two rooms, they don't have exactly the same layout but both are really well appointed, decorated with very good taste and well soundproofed. The large bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is perfect with its large walk-in shower well closed by a very tasteful glass door or its real hairdryer (rare enough to highlight this). The rooms, but also all the common areas, are impeccably clean. The breakfast on the ground floor is very complete, the menu changes a little every day, which is not unpleasant, quite the contrary! The little extra of this hotel, its rooftop swimming pool and its small snack/bar area where we could watch the Euro 2024 matches and even take part in a little game organized by the hotel to win a small reduction ( see a big reduction, but you still have to predict the matches ^^) on the price of the bill at the bar during the match. In short, we had no false notes during our stay, it's a hotel where it's really good to put your bags there, don't hesitate for a single second, plus they offer us welcome cakes ! 😜

Our room was a superior room overlooking the Tagus. Hotel close to perfection, breakfast and complete but the pastries are not very good though. The rooms seen on the Tagus are very good, however the neighborhood is a little noisy because of the "young" drivers who love to skid their car on the road or parking. Bathrooms not very convenient because of the door that opens inside the bathroom and not outside. THE negative point is: housekeepers spend between 4pm and 6pm to do the cleaning, just in time or you go home to get ready to go to the restaurant, so not always very nice. The staff at the hotel is extraordinary and extremely kind. Despite the small inconveniences, I intend to return in the spring in the same hotel. In addition, Alcochete is in front of Lisbon and by car not even 20 minutes you are in the center of Lisbon and the view of Lisbon is very beautiful. Alcochete is a very nice little town where you will find everything you need and beautiful walks to do away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon. The photos on the hotel website are true to reality. The interior of the hotel is very quiet, window closed you can not hear a single noise from either the street or the interior of the hotel.

Finally a decent hotel in Alcochete. Very professional welcome and service. The hotel, formerly Al Foz, no longer has anything to do with the previous one; the hotel has been completely renovated, the rooms are bright, functional and open onto a terrace. Everything is very good, including the underground parking offered at a fair price (€5/night). This hotel is warm, the heated swimming pool on the roof top offers a great view of the Taje. It is well heated and large enough to swim properly (the roof opens in summer). Very nice experience, the only downsides: the fruit juices offered deserve to be squeezed because the artificial juices available are too sweet. Likewise in the bathroom, it seems that the conditioner and body lotion are cut with water because they are extremely liquid! Otherwise it was perfect!

I booked with a loyalty card from the Inn. A welcome drink was given, but the reception refused to follow up. The room was very good as well as friendly staff, especially at the bar which allowed us to dine considering the bad weather (impossible to get out of the Inn. The location of this establishment allowed the car to be parked in front of the Inn and we could, thanks to the ferry whose port is located 8 kms away, go to the city of LISBON without inconvenience.

Very spacious and beautiful room. Wonderful facilities. The pool is a luxury. The bed is comfortable. The terrace is also spacious and has good views. The bathroom is small but with a large and comfortable shower, completely closed (cabin) to avoid splashing. We will repeat

Late arrival in the capital, returning from abroad, I decided to stay overnight and rest before heading south. Not wanting to be in the confusion of the big city I chose to cross the Tejo and try a hotel to stay overnight in Alcochete, on the advice of a family member and in good time I did. The hotel is located in a very pleasant and quiet location, overlooking the Estuary of the Tagus and the capital on the other side. Staff friendly and attentive. Sitting and refined is the cherry on top of the cake; what a beautiful breakfast! Congratulations. I'll be back soon. Thank you very much.

The overall experience was great when it comes to the place itself, the location and surrounding, the rooftop pool, the bar and the view from the roof top were outstanding. All the lobby's attendants were great but Jessica and Joao have left a special mark in my heart. The only reason for 4 stars is about the housekeeper who failed to refill my water bottle 4 night out of five although I did request a full water bottle every day. The coffee cups were left with the same unused coffee from the morning and no coffee refill each day. I hade to go downstairs every night upon returning to the hotel to request a water bottle refill and two coffee capsules for the morning.

Lovely looking new hotel, clean and nicely designed. Baby cots provided are beautiful and the kids toiletries kit is so cute!
The river view rooms are definitely the ones to go for, do not book the Deluxe Suite as you will pay premium and not get the beautiful view shown on the marketing pictures.
Neither will you have any balcony to speak of, but instead a tiny ledge with no space for outdoor furniture and with the door that gets stuck and is really hard to open.
The pictures online on the room types are misleading as they show both the view and lovely balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy it from.
There is a lovely pod coffee machine, however after you use the first 2 pods you need to pay €1 per each pod.
There’s lots of other little things too which I’m not going to into detail, like breakfast not ready at advertised time, room not cleaned properly with bins not emptied, rooftop bar barely being open etc.
It’s a shame as I really wanted to like this hotel as we have just moved to the area and was hoping to find a good place to recommend to visitors, but unless these teething problems are sorted out I would be hesitant to.

The room was very spacious and met all my needs. Only issue was the bathroom sink not draining properly. Quick phone call to reception and maintenance person showed up fairly promptly.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Just know when booking this hotel, it’s not close to Lisbon. It’s about a 30 min Uber ride to downtown Lisbon
