The hotel is really good value, and in truth probably a better standard than we were expecting for the money. The bedrooms are pretty modern with nice bathrooms and are perfectly clean and tidy. The restaurant is shared with the Sport hotel and all the food was a decent standard (hot buffet style) with a choice of meals morning and...

Hotel info: Rooms- Rooms are of a good size and are cleaned every day. We had a shower in our bathroom, but would have preferred a bath. Ask for a room with a bath when booking. There are no tea making facilities in the rooms. Our room was always warm, as the heating was on all the time. There is...

Just arrived back from our holiday in romania went with my husband and 2 children aged 11 and 9. Stayed in the hotel bradul but had use of the facilities in the sport and poiana hotels too. Rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. All inclusive food menu was nice, everyday there was something different,...

After traveling through much of Eastern Europe, I would have to say this was the worst hotel I have stayed at. First we arrived and there was no one to take our luggage. We carried our luggage up a flight of about 20 steps. The elevator only went to the next floor and my room was another flight up. Worse...

We booked a ski holiday with Neilson and as our first choice hotel wasn't available we accepted the Poiana even though there were no previous reviews on Trip Advisor, which concerned me more than a little. However our worries were unfounded. This is a great little hotel, we had booked a triple room and were allocated room 505 which was...

The worst experience we ever had. Although supposedly a 3 star hotel, the room was very cold and draughty, bathroom &towels looked shabby. We asked to be provided with an extra blanket, we had to ask again and after an indulgent look and half an hour,s waiting we finally received the blanket. The mattress on the bed was worn and...

Stayed for a week in this resort and had a fab time as first time skiing!! Hotel Bradul was good basic standard. Rooms clean and well serviced. Food was limited but reasonable, however as mentioned restaurant staff were rather slow to replenish trays, and bring things requested to your table. Also tried to implement a seating plan that just didn't...

New Skiers 2 Adults and 2 Kids (11&8) booked via Airtours on AI basis, but don't expect AI total freedom in the hotel it is quite restricted! We stayed over the Christmas period 23rd to 30th Dec 2006 and were very worried that there would be no snow for us all to make a fool of ourselves trying to learn...

Just returned from a fantastic first-time skiing trip. We booked with Airtours, four adults, all forty something, with 2 children aged 9 & 12. We arrived the day before New Years Eve, we stayed at the Bradul Hotel. The hotel brilliant value for money, the rooms were clean and comfortable, a good 3 star rating. The food was buffet-style, offering...

We attended the Bradul Hotel in Jan 2006 on an all inclusive ski holiday from Airtours, at about £500 each. We were lucky and arrived after a large dump (Of snow please!) The flight and transfer was fine though a lengthy 3+ hours to resort from Bucharest. The hotel room proved warm comfortable if slightly small, with little cupboard facility....
