To ensure peace and quiet, this is a hotel for adults only. In a historic Majorcan townhouse, the owners Noelia and Miquel run their beautiful small boutique hotel with only 10 rooms. We only had one day and night here but I can't rate this lovely little oasis highly enough. Lovely room. Wonderful owner, Noelia, and staff who were so friendly and attentive. Beautifully presented, freshly made breakfast. The pool was perfect for a plunge to cool off. I would 100% go back.

Service is top and tailored to everyone individually (nice recommendations and tipps). The Hotel is small but has spaceious rooms, a green and cosy patio with a nice pool. Although it is located in the middle of the City, it is quiet and very relaxing.

Beautiful hotel in Sineu, very near the market square but also very. Quiet and private. The rooms are excellent as are all of the facilities and everything is so fresh and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for Noelia who manages the hotel. And the breakfast was amazing so much choice and all made by Noelia. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go again

From the moment we entered this wonderful boutique hotel we were made to feel part of their family. The kindness of Noelia (Mum) and daughter who ran the hotel and were there all the time to make sure everything was alright and to help in any way possible to ensure our holidays were enjoyed. The attention to detail in the hotel was wonderful, the courtyard where we had breakfast and the small garden were beautifully tended to. A small pool for a relaxing time in the sunshine. Must tell you about the food, all homemade by Noelia. Firstly the breakfast with so much choice, or just tell her what you want and she will prepare it. You certainly won't leave hungry. We had some storms whilst we were there so Noelia cooked dinner for two nights so we didn't have to venture out. That's the first time I am glad it rained because those meals were absolutely fantastic. The first night we had some lovingly prepared fish dishes and the second night was tapas, 14 courses and each one had been homemade and tasted delicious. She is passionate in her cooking and the love shows in her food. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much x Chris and Jude.

We loved our stay in this lovely boutique hotel. The interior is an interesting mix of modern additions alongside the old stone walls which look like they have been there for ever. We stayed in the room called Lluminaria which had plenty of space, a great shower and a pretty balcony overlooking the pool area. The exterior areas are obviously well looked after, and the breakfast courtyard is a lovely place to start the day. The breakfast itself is also a treat with a wide variety of options to pick from, all freshly prepared - unlike so many buffet breakfast offerings in larger hotels. We only came across three members of staff during our stay - Noelia the owner/manager/breakfast chef, her daughter - I didn't catch her name, but she was always very helpful and always smiling, and likewise another breakfast waitress. They were all friendly and charming. Just a word of warning, if you do stay in Sineu, we didn't find there was a lot to do there. But it works well as a base to see the surrounding areas. Unless of course you prefer to spend all day relaxing at the hotel!
