Very welcoming and nice lady/owner, Cal Llop is a charming little hotel in a small village in Priorat wine county. Good location and you are close to all the beautiful wineries in the region. We took the rooftop room with a terrace having very nice views! The only downside of this room is its size, its a small one, and...

Gorgeous ride into town, and while our rental car was a bit large for the parking area, our needs were accommodated with no problems. The meals and service during our two night stay were wonderful. The wine tour arranged for us was beautiful and very interesting. The outside seating space here is just terrific. Our room was lovely, and the...

Cristina was forever helpful during our stay especially grateful for her help in resolving my dental emergency! Always a smile and greeting and followed up on our request for a winery visit. Our room pastoral and views to the square below. The location is perfect for access to wineries and restaurants in the region. The hotel serves tapas or dinner...

We had a great time in this place. We initially had a drink outside on the main square of the village sitting on top of the hill. We had a large lunch so we weren't too hungry but the owner showed us the menu and we were able to have tapas instead of main dishes. In order to have dinner...

Stayed here one night on a cycling trip. We were made very welcome, dinner was top quality with great local wine. Room was small but there was some liquor wine for night cap. We had drinks on the terrace outside the front before dinner which appears to be a small public square. Very relaxed village but do check for local...

The hotel was quite comfortable and one of the few in the area. We stayed two nights in the interesting suite. Our room had a leak in the air-conditioning causing dripping water in the entrance of our room. They were very apologetic as I guess they were unable to get a repair person until after our departure. We were not...

Nice decoration. All rooms are differents. Very welcoming owners. Nice menu for diner. The wine list is short but quite affordable, and very good. We took our dinner on the outside terrace with a view on the Priorat hills. Breakfast is a simple and good buffet . Owners are wonderful .

First I have to say that the hotel is in Gratallops, and in order to get there you have a steep hill and very small parking spots. To get the only spot left before many guests made it, was a big struggle and I was with bad humor to start my check in. Cristina received us with a big smile...

Thank you very much for visiting us at Cal Llop, and always remember, we are here to make our hotel your home away from home while visiting the Priorat. Cristina

We spent last night at Cal Llop on our way through Priorat to Valencia. What a special place this hotel is! Situated in the center of the village with a beautiful view of terraced vineyards that dominate the region. This hotel is stylishly decorated with lovely rooms. Our hosts and the staff were gracious, attentive and professional. We had dinner...

This hotel came recommended by friends who said it was charming. I agree, up to a point. Wanting to visit this little-known area, we arranged to stay for three days, with two other couples. Two days of the three were a special two day package advertised on the hotel website and organised by our Spanish-speaking guests via email with the...
