It depends on how limited your mobility is. I have Parkinsons and am mostly wheelchair bound however I can walk a few steps. There are about 4 steps to the front door and the bedrooms are on the first floor. The staircase is wide with fairly shallow steps and a good solid banister to hold onto, I was able to manage it slowly with help from my carer.
