Stayed here with a group of friends, weather wasn't great but nothing could dampen our weekend in this amazing venue! Not sure where Joe D stayed,as if I remember correctly, it's a corridor/landing and bedrooms above the kitchen and all was perfectly dry for our stay, despite inclement weather. Owner was really helpful, giving local advice. The place was spotless, comfortable,...

Have just returned from an amazing few days at this beautiful house which has an incredible wow factor. It is large, spacious, very comfortable and warm with a beautiful log burner in the lounge area. Tricia, the owner, has done a wonderful job creating a tasteful home for guests to stop in and has thought of everything including a small...

Not sure about Joe D's "average" rating or comments re leaks...we stayed more or less straight after her. Weather was appalling, and there was not a single leak anywhere, much less anything resembling a sieve! Anyhow, house is stunning. Excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean and the scenery/venue are picture postcard. Every room full of comfort and thoughtful touches. This was the...

We have had another amazing weekend at Hill Top Farm, which offers some fantastic accommodation in a beautiful part of the country. We celebrated a 40th and 50th birthday, with 20 guests, which were easily accommodated in the large house and the outer rooms, which are beautiful decorated and spacious with all but two having en suites. its like home...

What a place! A beautiful building, lovingly cared for, with a range of facilities that means everyone can be accommodated for. This is the second time I have been here and it was well worth the return. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. Some of the rooms have large en suites and the unique layout of the...

Firstly I would like to say what a lovely house this is and the location was stunning. Sadly this is where the pleasantries end. Our en-suit shower hardly ever worked, and when it did was very difficult to actually get wet standing under it! The kitchen ceiling was more like a sieve than an actual ceiling, admittedly the weather was...

I spent a weekend here with friends and simply loved the place! First of all the setting is fabulous; surrounded by open fields and and rolling hills. Secondly the space in the house is such, that despite sleeping 22, it doesn't feel cramped as there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the atmosphere and take in the views....

We booked this property some 18 months ago to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and my 50th birthday and we are so glad we did. The property has superb views in all directions is amazingly quiet and has the most fabulous amenities. It truly is a party house and we certainly put it to the test! Trish, the owner goes...
