Allison and Donald was such a wonderful hostess with their very hospitable B&B in Tarbert near the harbour. Lovely breakfast and we surely strongly recommend it. Tarbert is such a wonderful place with some nice restaurants and pubs. Try it!

A lovely, friendly, traditional B & B with great views of the small but busy Tarbert harbour. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here where Alison and Donald are super welcoming. Very clean, bright and quiet room with an excellent Scottish breakfast. We shall certainly return.

Friendly and interesting hosts who welcome you to a traditional home-based B&B experience. Excellent breakfast. Located at edge of small fishing village, with harbor view. Short walk to local restaurants and to the ruins of the Tarbert Castle. Ideal stop for catching ferry to Islay.

Great location for catching the ferry to Islay, we had the most wonderful view from the double Bedroom. The room is spotlessly clean & homely. We chose this b&b because it was dog friendly. Alison is a great host & will make you feel very welcome.

We stayed two nights at Springside to enjoy the seafood festival. Alison & Donald were very welcoming and hospitable. Our rooms (we had the double/family room and our friends had the twin room) both overlooked the water and from the wee window seats we could watch the boats coming and going. The rooms are comfortable, prettily decorated and have everything...

We are here to help make your holiday a happy one. Your Mum aged 90 got the blame for the very late night . Not sure she was totally to blame for 'that' late night home! Thank you for your visit. Donald and Alison

Lovely B&B with a great room and stunning views. The owners were wonderfully welcoming towards myself, my partner and our dog. We were given a choice of breakfast - whatever we wanted and opted for a delicious Full Scottish. Donald gave us some many ideas of places to go walking with our dog.
