Right on the sea front. friendly staff who wanted to please. Excellent access with the free car park around the corner. The rooms were very nice, value for money. The cooked breakfast was very nice, a good start for the day. Overall, great rooms, tasty food and wonderful staff.

We stayed 21th of February for 2 nights 26 family and friends in 8 rooms and it was first class service from checking in to checking out lovely clean rooms some with sea views rooms great staff great value breakfast with great staff in the restaurant cannot speak highly enough of rhyl premier inn thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in Rhyl at the Premier Inn. The location was perfect, right opposite the sea on the sea front. The receptionist Geoff was fantastic, he was very welcoming and got us in earlier with a spacious sea view room! The bed was incredibly comfortable!

Hotel has good allocation, next to shops and front of the sea. I was celebrating my birthday and I found in my room a present. I was really surprised !! You make my day. Room clean and with all that we need. Restaurant was good and breakfast was great. Thanks ...we will happy to return again

A very pleasant stay spoilt by the poor food and service provided by the restaurant. Staying at previous Premier Inn’s breakfast was always served buffet style not the case at Rhyl you never knew if it was buffet or plated to order, as far as dinner was concerned the waiting time and quality was both unacceptable, most of the problems seem to be due to lack of staff probably because the hotel was not at full occupancy as it was the week prior to spring bank holiday however, this is no excuse for bad service .

We had 2 rooms booked. Both were so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The staff are so friendly too. The food was gorgeous. We'll definitely be going back there. Great place to stay to explore Rhyl Sea Front....

The hotel in general is really nice. The room is lovely & clean. Bed really comfy. Breakfast yummy. All the staff we're really nice. It's in a great location to everything. My only gripe is there's a constant noise in the room. It sounds like its the air con/central heating system running all the time. In the day you can cope with it. At night cos I'm a light sleeper it kept me awake. That's my only complaint.

As my first stay in any hotel it went very well. My stay was great the room was spacious and had everything needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was in perfect walking distance to food places, arcades and shops and the train station. A small bus ride takes you into Towyn were there is a market and fair grounds. Overall great experience!

Great hotel!! Staff were outstanding!! Mum has Alzheimer's and staff all made a fuss of her!! Cassie on reception was amazing and really looked after Mum when she was ill. Nothing was too much trouble

Pretty good for the price, the rooms are a decent size and we found the food in the restaurant good. The beds and pillows could do with an upgrade and unfortunately we did encounter some noise overnight. But the location is very good and they have a large car park which is free. It attracts lots of family's so be aware there will be lost of kids!
