Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is right next to the beach which made it easy to get there and back and most of the staff were lovely. Our room was very hot, and there was no air conditioning which was unpleasant and our top window didn’t open. But we had a wonderful stay and I recommend this hotel. Our dog enjoyed it too!

Very good location, next to the beach. Excellent staff. We were met by Nigel who was very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast, constantly being filled. Clean and tidy all through the morning. Staff working very hard to make it a pleasant stay.

Our room very clean as was the hotel. We took our dog and was given a ground floor family room which was great, out the door and right onto the beach. Staff helpful and friendly. Dogs allowed in a separate area of the dining room

Booked for 1 night with our young children. I'd like to say that the manager was really good, he was very friendly and helped advise that we could store our medication in their fridge overnight. Upon checking in we noticed very bad (bleach?) Stains on the carpet near our bathroom. There were 4 of us but only 2 towels (asked at reception and was given 2 no problem). What we didn't realise until later on was that the bathroom bin was full, bedroom bin was filthy and we had no quilt on the double bed?! Just a very thin sheet! Yes it was warm but I hate sleeping without something a bit heavier. There was a spare one in a bag on top of the mini wardrobe/shelf which we used as at this point the kids were very tired and so were we. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. There was a fan in the bedroom, however it didn't work. There's a bar/cafe outside the hotel and they had music playing til 10pm so be aware if you're booked for a weekend over the nicer weather and have young children with you. If you're out in the evening then its not really an issue. Breakfast was busy but still tables and the food was replenished frequently. Plenty of choice and would eat the breakfast again. I wouldn't stay in that room again though, it really needs a freshen up and to be cleaned better. Tip: bring your own fan in spring/summer months.

Booked a couple of nights away to complete some work, lovely warm welcome from Nigel on my arrival, was travelling alone and was put at ease. He even remembered why I was staying (to complete my diploma) and he was friendly and asked how I was getting on each time I saw him…great motivation! Room was large and spacious with gorgeous views of the beach and surprisingly quiet!

Speedy check in, nice welcome from Nigel, the Hotel Manager. We were told where our room was, where the bar and cafe was and the 2 exit doors. This was helpful as we were going to the theatre. The room was large and comfortable with a sea view. Good stay.

Visited with my family. Enjoyed what the hotel had to offer. Friendly and polite staff, clean and tidy rooms, all you can eat breakfast was worth every penny. Had a lovely stay and will be back again in the very need future for another enjoyable stay.

Brilliant location - I could see the sea from bed! All the staff were fab, but a special mention to Nigel on reception - he was so welcoming and helpful. Food was good too. Perfect for pavilion shows - it’s literally next door. Parking right outside hotel and free.
