£3 per round surcharge on a round of drinks if credit card is used and debit card has to be for £10 or over per round. Marks & Spencers shopping trolley on 3rd floor did not enhance the ambience. Used by the cleaners I believe, and they forgot to put it away. I was tempted to take it back to...

Brilliant friendly staff and owners, made us really feel welcome, despite us arriving at 1am without a booking. The room was large and well-appointed with views out to sea. Breakfast was great value for money. Overall a well-run hotel in a good location offer excellent service and value for money.

The hotel was fine for our needs. Just a bed for the night. Food pretty average, but the waiting staff made us laugh. Some entertainment was quite good. Rhyl will never be a good resort, but there are others not too far away.

Im a coach driver and I stayed here with 50 guest.. On first arrival the hotel is easy to find located on the seafront close to the main shopping area. The hotel is a older style but very functional and clean. My room was on the top floor but there was a lift most of the way up. The guest...

We stayed at the hotel with a coach party. The staff were friendly. The room was basic but comfortable. Hotel in need of updating. Staff friendly and helpful. What really let it down was the food, portions tiny, tasteless and unimaginative particularly if vegetarian.

I stayed overnight last minute booking. Arrived with night porter on duty. He was helpful and pleasant. The room on first floor was clean but they was under the window against the radiator. The bed was lumpy and you could feel and year the springs. The room was also very noisy with the main road outside the white curtains let...

Lovely view from there. Was very windy first 2 nights but room was cosy. However by day3 radiator was too...

We recently had a 2 night offer and for the money it was a bargain. However it was so windy on the 2nd night we had no sleep as it sounded like the roof was blowing off!! We upgraded to a premier seaview room but it was still a VERY basic room.... They still allow smoking in some rooms and...

On a Monday to Friday Coach Holiday with Just Go we stayed at the Westminster Hotel Rhyl. The hotel is an old building which has had a lick of paint inside and out over recent months. The room we had on this visit was at the back of the hotel with an outlook over a car park, the room it-self...
