Very friendly management and supportive who explained everything we needed during our stay. We could enjoy the pool with very comfortable sofa Compared to places closer to centrum it is very quiet at night and you can have pretty good sleep

It is a good place to stay in front of the Beach, the room was fine if you like retro (70's) stuff, but nothing special. The price is a little expensive, but the good thing is that they have bike rentals in a very good price and a camping area if you have a little budgget like me.

Renting a sun lounger here is a lovely and affordable option at 20 pesos per hour and is located right next to casa tortugas. The drinks prices are the cheapest I have encountered in all of holbox. The owner is also so friendly. One visit we wanted to do some line fishing and he showed us what to do and... More

We arrived by 7am. Nobody in the lobby. We could hang around the hotel so there is no security at all. That was the first warning. Second warning: it seemed there was little or no maintenance at all around. Everything seemed dirty and we had to stay a few hours before a kid/teenager arrived. He told us our room would... More

Awful stay here. Fan in the room didn't work, wifi only works in reception where you have the mosquitoes for company, not in the room. Lock on the door was broken and the staff were unhelpful. There are much better and cheaper choices in Holbox.

We stayed there for half a week since everything else on the island was fully booked. Nonetheless, it is a good choice if you don't mind a crapy bathroom with mold all over the shower and plastic curtain and lack of furniture to put your things on. I believe they are making some renovations to the hotel, but cleanliness is... More

I arrived on a rainy day July 28th. The first thing i did was to make the golf cart taxi line. I paid 30 mx pesos to the hotel. When you arrive remember its a beach cottage really well set up with air condition sky Tv and a Dvd player, you have warm water in the shower. I Was surprised... More

Great to be back at Casa maya, our favourite part is the warmth of the people there and we didn't find Mr Lima at the hotel, instead we found out it had changed admin. The working staff are true jewels, Nabor, Lucas and the cleaning lady are professional yet kind, have great common sense, are genuinely good hosts and exemplary... More

Stayed in a bungalow, good value, great location. There are kitchen facilities, paddle boards and more available to use, but as we were only there one night we never really took advantage of any of these. Pleasant staff, but I don't think much English spoken. I Would stay here again.
