Only stay here if you don’t mind losing a car window to vandals. Window shattered. Car dented. Anything of value taken. There’s no parking for guests and front desk was not accommodating. Rooms were small. No maid service on day one. Clean-ish, but not great.

Amazing experience, highly recommend for business travel. Kowser, from the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure myself and the clients I was traveling with had a stellar experience. The rooms were quiet, you couldn't hear any of the city or traffic noise. The location is perfect for traveling in and out of LGA

I want to file a complaint, because in the month of December we stayed at the hotel, and the deposit that was left the day of check in was never returned,. On the day of check out the receptionist told us that there was no problem that the refund would be made soon, that everything was in order. We have tried to communicate with you and do not give us any solution for reimbursement

I must said that this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in NYC. Okay you get what you paid for .. These days the hotel prices are sky high because of the business is back after long time of pandemic. we've stayed in many hotel in NYC .. This time we wanted to explore Astoria so we stayed in 2 nights. Location was .. bored there is nothing much there. Subway station was about 10 minutes 15 minutes walk that's okay but lots of constructions industries.. At the front door says " Requiring mask! " Guess what? receptionists were not wearing mask. I understand that new mask system. We've had vaccinated few month ago .. But we followed the signs but lots of guests were not wearing mask . They need to change to signs. First of all TV has no cable .. we had to ask them to add app so we could see at least some news. Bathroom ? No shelves inside a shower room so it was not practical whatsoever! There was no hungers but hook only . The bath room ? No hooks to hung on Nor not even shelves! Night table? No lights! No lamps . It was unbelievable cheep material fixtures .. Dark room with no night lamps nor extra lamp stand! Ohh and we've asked for extra towels! Guess what? They said " We don't have an extra towel !! " lol What kind of service is that. Good part was clean. That's about it. Everything else was not worth for paying $100.00 +. I am so sorry to said but that's the truth .Receptionist was okay they were doing best I suppose. The best wish to you guys but needs to go through every details for what the guests want! it was NOT practical at all. I will never ever go back to this hotel ..

I've never stayed in a more terrible place in my entire life. I am a long-time user of the Airbnb platform, and this place made me miserable and made me hate NY in general. Please read the whole thing before you even THINK about booking this place. I was driving from Minnesota to NY, and I booked this room with two queen beds about a week ago. In my experience, the host usually gives you instructions for checking in and parking, but I didn't get anything. I ran late with all the driving and the stops I had to make, so I couldn't contact the BnB until 9 PM. When I finally called the place, the front desk lady answered the phone, and I asked about my reservation. She asked me for my details, put me on a long hold, came back, and said I had no reservations for that night. I gave the confirmation numbers and all the details I had on the Airbnb account. She still couldn't find me. She took my number saying that she will call me back. I waited for 20 minutes but nobody called me back. So I called again and she said she "FOUND" my reservation and also said the Airbnb reservation hasn't come through to them. However, I finally had a reservation and my next question about the parking brings me to my next part of this nightmare. I have proof for this (Screenshots) and I will upload them if the website lets me after this comment. In the Airbnb ad, they have mentioned: "Free On-Premises Parking" which was a HUGE deal for obvious reasons (if you haven't been to NY, finding parking here SUCKS). So, I asked how do I get to the parking and she said "We don't have parking". I have been driving for the better part of two days and this is not what you want to hear an hour before checking in (as I mentioned I was still driving and a couple of hours away from the BnB. Even though it has been a super frustrating experience so far, I was still nice to the employee because this is not their fault and I made sure I communicated that. The front desk lady kept telling me you have to find a parking spot over and over again. I gave her multiple options such as, giving me a discount or validate my parking because I'm having to deal with this as a result of their mistake. She was still mumbling the same mantra. I asked to speak to the manager, they wouldn't give me their number or transfer me to them. Just imagine you are tired beyond words and having to deal with this terrible customer service. Their staff does not have an ounce of empathy. So I finally got to the area. It took me hours to find a parking spot (it was 2.30 AM by the time I was able to check-in and the front desk lady had left and a guy checked me in. They took my credit card and held "$200" saying it is for incidentals (This is on top of the money I already paid). The guy checked me in and by that time I had no energy to even talk. I checked the room info before I leave the front desk, and guess what???? they had given me "ONE queen bed instead of two". I paid for a room with two queen beds. I had to argue and show all the information to the front desk person again. He said they were all SOLD OUT!!! At that point, as any human being would, I lost it. I asked to speak to the manager and this guy gave me the CEO's number to call the "Next Day". I had no desire to stay in this place after this but it was 3 AM and I had no other option but to keep talking and finally, he finally found a room with two queen beds it was 3.30 AM by then. I took the keys and checked the bed because at that point in time that was the most important thing in the whole world to me. The beds seemed to be clean and smelled fine. When I woke up I looked in the coffee maker, dried-up coffee pouch was still in it, the garbage bin had some bandaids in it and the microwave had crumbs in it. I have pictures of everything. So, my final advice to anybody who is considering this place for a stay, DON'T!!! Runaway with your money!!! I have never seen worse customer service anywhere else.
