We stayed here for 2 nights. Hardly saw anyone else so made for a very pleasant stay. Close to many good places to eat. Mobile reception for Optus not great. Although Telstra very good. Would stay again.

We booked a two bedroom apartment through Expedia for my wife and I and also an adult son, to attend my younger son's wedding at nearby Chateau Elan which I believe belong to the same Accor group. The checking in was easy and fast and the reception staff friendly. The apartment was acceptably clean except for streaks on the mirrors...

This apartment resort is perfectly placed to explore the Hunter Valley. Close to a number of excellent winery's and restaurants. The apartments are very well appointed with all the comforts you could possibly want. The facilities on the estate including pool, gym, golf club are top class. A very enjoyable stay.

Myself and 2 friends stayed for a night away for my birthday. The apartment had everything we could possibly need including white robes each. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms each with a large bath. Will go back because we were very impressed.

If after paying $1,813, this is the Grand Mercure experience, I won’t be using my Accor card much from now on. The things we didn’t enjoy included; 1. Our greeting on arrival was non-existent. The receptionist’s main concern was my credit card details. Most of her patter was about penalty charges and things we shouldn’t do. There was also no...

This is our second stay her, the service is excellent and quality of the apartments 5 star. The bedding is very comfortable. The only downside is having to go and get internet vouchers all the time, Its advertised as unlimited free internet, one code should cover the whole stay for all devices.

Good Morning Scott, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Yes, our internet is provided in 700MB lots per device to make it fair for everyone at the property. We had trialed a system early on of offering unlimited internet, and unfortunately this was spoiled by some guests who used it to stream movies, run their business...

Great place. Very close to all the vineyards. We stayed in a two bedroom villa was fantastic. Very clean and the king bed was amazing, wanted to bring it home. Needs a little maintenance but over all very good. Great heated pool and spa and BBQ area. Didn't get a hit in but the golf course was well kept. Highly...

What a great place to stay if you love the country atmosphere and wine country and eating. This is a place to go to get away from the rat race. It is relaxed and laid back with so many wineries to choose from and so many restaurants to eat at.

My husband and I spent a few nights here and really liked the area, grounds and room. Clean and modern! The wifi was a bit restricting (700MB at a time, then had to get another voucher from reception), otherwise was a great experience.
