Always a favourite of ours. Just sad to say the maintenance around the pool is not to standard. The alge is growing every where and for the 4 days there we did not see anyone cleaning this. Service was great. Food was great. Most of the staff were great.

Unique stay in the mountains with fantastic room service! Great place for a getaway or drinks with friends in the middle of nowhere - peace and quiet. The only let down was the cold temperatures of the pool and hot springs! Try your own cabin with private jacuzzi, enjoy hike, views and pools as well as the restaurants, bar and...

We stayed in a mountain chalet. We had to ask for the beds to made up separately as the twins beds cannot be moved apart and none of the adults were married to each other, but as it turned out the beds were big enough for this not to be a major issue. They were very comfortable too! The chalet...

Bad experience the hotel flat was still a mess when we arrive there and we had to wait 2hours for them to clean the flat. They did not do much to make us feel comfortable while we were waiting, and the cleaning staff never took the wet

This was our fist time back since the new upgrade in the front of the resort and we were pleasantly surprised. Service is very good and staff is almost like family. Although it is still very comfortable and quite luxurious the mountain chalets now need a quite a bit of TLC as we had quite a few problems with equipment...

We stayed at the resort for the second time for a weekend and this time in the hotel. We had a lovely spacious, comfortable room with a outdoor deck and semi private Jacuzzi. The staff and friendly and the service is good. We appreciated the discounted meal vouchers from the restaurant every day per person. The hotel has a DVD...

As day visitors, the pools were cool and disappointing, as we expected warmth. The service at the shop was shockingly bad... Repeatedly so. It took 80 minutes to make our pizza. The quality has really dropped, unfortunately.

Great resort for adult and kids alike. Fabulous restaurant. Montagu Springs also fun place to just go and relax. The hiking path is sort but intense , a must for a family outing my 7 year old enjoyed it. Excellent resort for both summer and winter time.
