From the moment we checked into the Andaz, we were treated like family and treasured guests. The hotel and property are amazing, beautiful, and exotic, but it’s the staff’s attentiveness and friendliness that makes this a true 5 star experience! There is a lot of wildlife activity on the grounds. It’s completely safe and enjoyable to watch the monkeys in the canopy of trees over the pool chairs and to walk past the giant iguanas on the paths. The peninsula offers tons of exploration opportunities from jungle tours to mangrove outings and all the water sports. The beaches have warm water and just enough gentle waves. It’s very much child friendly but also not overrun with kids - just a great place for all travelers!

From the beautiful pools to the amazing beach house and the delicious food, everything was perfect: the room was huge and immaculately clean, the shower had a breathtaking view on the bay. The hotel offers a wide range of activity options to discover the peninsula’s fauna and surroundings or to simply relax and enjoy delicious cocktails on the beach! But we have to say, the best part of our stay was the staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful. We felt so pampered! And if you have the chance to meet with our new hermano Randall, please enjoy the moment, that guy is the best!! In 1 word, this hotel is paradise! We can’t wait to go back there!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at around the world. Everything about it is impeccable - the views, the rooms, the service, the atmosphere, the tours, the food, the location, and the beach! They have a unique way of making each guest feel very special and very welcome. The kids club is amazing, the beach is perfect for swimming, and is kid-friendly. It looks like they carefully hand-pick each staff member to be the friendliest, nicest, most attentive person. It is expensive, but it is absolutely worth it! I want to separately thank Jerson at the front desk for making our stay super special and the entire staff of the kid's club - my kid Zavi loved it so much - he is now dreaming of going back. Thank you all for our absolutely incredible stay!

We had an incredible experience at the Andaz! The staff could not have been better. Mauricio was excellent with our children as soon as we arrived and the high quality level of service and friendliness here remained for our entire stay. This week at Andaz Hotel was amazing. Customer service is top quality here, food is great and the place is really safe for your teens and kids. EVERYTHING was clean and really met all expectations. When: March 2023, 5 days Who: Myself, Spouse, 7-year-old What We LOVED: - Kid-friendly without being overly kid-focused. - Hat and sandals for our kiddo waiting for him in the room to make him feel special - Kid menus at every restaurant. - Variety of pools - Never over-crowded - SPF, Water, and Towels always available by the pool - Activities always available at the beach which weren't over-booked - Boat shuttle to the neighboring beach (which had kid toys available in a huge tub so we didn't have to pack a bunch) - Golf carts all over the place ready to drive you back to your room, or down to the pool or wherever - Super friendly, happy staff. (Maurice who drove us around the property a lot was so kind and taught our son some Spanish!) - Amazing staff at the Kids Club (One night they were having a "tropical party" and our son, who is usually NOT okay with being away from us, couldn't wait to go!) - Melodie and Carolina were the BEST - Use of Whatsapp to communicate with staff (order room service, get a shuttle, reserve a table, etc.) - We never had to wait for a table to eat anywhere - Amazing food! …
