Security is nonexistent. The first floor of the property is a gift shop. During business hours, entrance is through the store. After the shop is closed, entrance is through the rear of the property that leads to a common stairwell. Nonetheless, El Valle has a safe reputation. The wealthy from Panama City have had second homes there for generations.
