Visited the Auberge together with some friends. Enjoyed a couple of days off with opportunities for hikes in the area and samples of local cuisine. Everything worked well. Truly a nice location with fine hosts. Food was nice and everything was boutique like. would love to return

This is the impression we had of this place, situated on the mountain on the street from menton to tende. We spent few hours getting some sun, having a drink and refreshing in the garden under big trees in the garden. We did not feel to have a full meal (but the smell from the grill was quite a temptation... More

Spent here one week in August 2014. We were group of friends mountainbiking in nearby trails for whole week. This small hotel was perfect starting point for hitting the trails. Place is isolated and evening time there is nothing to do or nowhere go. We had full service from the hotel. Breakfast was nothing spectacular but ok. For lunch we... More

I was here with friends on an organised mountain bike holiday. It's a beautiful location at the top of the pass, and the people who run the Auberge couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The meals in the evening were tasty and hearty, perfect after a day in the mountains. The rooms are simple but clean and spacious. For mountain... More

I stayed here for 7 nights as part of the Trans Provence Enduro Fusion mountain bike tour. The setting is beautiful with views of the valley below. Many biking and hiking trails leading in all directions made this a perfect place for recreation. The food every night was delicious and lots of it! The morning scones and pastries I am... More

We chanced upon this gem of a place as we explored the spectacular mountain scenery of Provence. Stopping to admire the amazing views at the head of two valleys and access to some of the best walking in the area, we decided to stop for lunch. This was excellent - especially the deserts - and great value - and the... More

Coincidently stopped at this place for lunch, but liked it so much we ended up spending the night. The room was large and looked newly renovated. The staff/owners very warm and welcoming. Everynight is served a 3 course dinner for the guests (only 5 rooms) that was a michelin star restaurant worthy at a very inexpensive price (grown-up 22Euros and... More

Using lat and long on the sat nav makes it very easy to find this hotel. The views from the hotel are stunning. Apparently on a really clear day you can see Corsica. The rooms are very clean, with excellent large shower room. In the snow of January the hotel was nice and warm. Family run with very friendly owners,... More

Arriving to destination is a little bit of a trouble as GPS can not locate the address properly and the winding road. View of mountains is magnificant. Breakfast was fine as well as dinner. The sole "problem" was the need to go on without proper warm water in the shower in 1/3 nighst without prior notificationthough having unconvinience after a... More

We are a family of 4 and stayed in this newly renovated auberge for 2 nights. The people could not have been more welcoming and lovely. They paid attention to the children, looked after us all very well and spoke great English which helped the kids. The hotel is situated right next to the road but at around 7 it... More
