Lovely apartment in Perissa. The room was large with a private balcony, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was really nice with a powerful shower. The owner was very helpful, told us about trips and also drive us to the port to catch our ferry. Would definitely return.

We stayed here for 8 days and it was perfect from the beginning to the end. Jacob the owner picked us up from the airport. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, it had a large balcony overlooking a church and the mountains. It was an excellent location near to the beach and lovely restaurants. Jacob was the perfect host and took us to the airport when we departed. He gave us some lovely gifts to remember them by. You won't be dissappointed. Excellent.

This accommodation was perfect for us - close to the beach and our favorite place to eat. The room was comfortable and bright with a nice balcony. The family that runs the accommodation was very nice and helpful. They gave us a free lift from and to the airport (we stayed 7 nights). The room was cleaned every day. Overall great experience.

We loved our stay. Room was spacious and very clean. The owner was very helpful. Location was 5 minutes walk to beach and 30 minutes to Fira by bus. We got free airport transfer. will go back for sure.

My husband and I stayed at Katefiani Villas for 6 nights/7 days, and we really enjoyed it. Jacob and his wife were exceptional hosts. They responded to our emails and questions consistently and quickly before our arrival. When our flight was delayed, Jacob was very reassuring and flexible about picking us up at a completely different time than originally scheduled (and we were able to quickly rearrange it all via email, which was great since we didn’t have cell phone service). Furthermore, the pick-up and drop-off to the airport were complimentary! When Jacob picked us up from the airport, he even voluntarily took us on a quick drive to point out key places to visit and/or get good deals in our neighborhood. The hotel itself was also very nice. Our room was simple but contemporary and clean. We had free WiFi that worked well. In addition, the hotel is in an excellent location because there are many different restaurants, markets, souvenir shops, and the beautiful Perissa Beach all within a 1 or 2-minute walk! But at the same time, the hotel is tucked away enough that it is peaceful and quiet. The view of cliffs and mountains outside the hotel was also awesome. Jacob and his wife were very helpful and friendly the entire time. They even gave us very thoughtful souvenirs as parting gifts when we left. We are very grateful to them for a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again ourselves.

Made the reservation through booking.com. As we arrived we were picked up from the airport by Jacob, he was very welcoming and as we would drive to the villa he made a small tour of the spots around for us (atm, supermarket, rentals, city center, restaurants, bus stop etc). As we arrived he gave us the bus schedule and a map of the island and circled the important spots (this was very helpful). The room was comfortable, clean and on top of that had a balcony and a mini fridge). Around the villa you have everything (it is very well located). Jacob always checked if all was ok. We asked to add one extra night and that was not a problem. In the end of our trip he drove us to the airport and gave us two gifts. Definitely a place to recommend and go. Ack to.

Quiet place just minutes walk away from Perissa beach. Owner look abit fierce but was actually very nice. Recommended places for us to go (given that we have been to fira and oia). They also offer a transfer service to anywhere (we took it to airport at 6am), the price they charge is cheaper than taxi. There's a parking area at the hotel. So no worries if you are renting a car or atv. It takes about 20 mins to get to / from the airport. Only thing is that the toilet is kinda small. But overall, for the price we paid, nothing to complain about. it's a great stay.

I never write so long reviews but here I have a lot to say. The place is very close to the Black beach - not more than 300 meters (which is probably the best beach on the island). Nearby you can find nice places to eat and shop. Plus two for #teamJacob. He took us from the port, showed us where we can rent car/scooter or quad and marked on a map the best places to see on Santorini. It was very interesting to find out that he built the villas and also that he know the island very good as he is scuba diving. We were impressed of the stories he told us for the island and how respectful he was about the place and its nature. Jacob was very helpful and friendly - I can say our communication from the booking till we said 'goodbye' was very smooth, nice and useful. It was a true pleasure to meet him. At the end of our stay he took us to the port again and gave us a small goodbye presents. Now the villas - the room was small, nice and cozy, but most important - very clean. Very good bathroom and nice balcony to have a breakfast or coffee at. There is a free parking area right behind the villas (which we used when we rented a car to visit more places on the island). The internet was fast and stable (which was very important for us as we worked remotely). And the price was great. We stayed only 4 days (which was definitely not enough to see all the beautiful and interesting places on Santorini) but it became a reason to go back there. ABSOLUTELY recommend Katefiani villas.

I stayed at Katefiani villas for 6 nights with my boyfriend. Everything was great : the room was kept clean, the shower is modern and spacious, we had a balcony where we could take our breakfast. It is a very calm place. Also it's very well located : the beach, the bars and restaurants, a small supermarket.. everything is at 5min by foot ! Jacob was really nice, he helped us booking a car for one day, gave us advice about where to go in Santorini, picked us up at the airport even if it was really late when we arrived and also drove us to the port whereas it was really early in the morning when we left. He and his wife are polite and smiling people. I totally recommand this place and thank you again for everything !

A really great place to stay on a budget. The rooms are modern and clean, basic but spot on. Close to the beach and shops and restaurants, would definitely recommend. The hosts are friendly and helpful with airport transfers if you need them.
