We come every year! This manager and pool boy. Upsetting everyone! They would not show me the rules and regulations of the hotel so that I can abide by them. They will not show me the pool boys certificate of lifeguard which he pretends to be. The manager is absolutely useless. An actual joke. He has no clue how to speak or explain anything. Last year we came and all the staff were wonderful. The girls at snack bar, poppi, the receptionist, and mister vassili still wonderful! I reiterate, the manager and pool boy are a disgrace! Formal complaint launched.

Dear Guest it is true that we do not have in written in the hotel some rules. Like the one that you cannot consume food in the pool area as soon as there is not waiter service due to health ( insects and other creatures to be attracted) and safety reasons ( broken plates to create danger of injury to guests , especially if broken). This that I have explained already to your husband , who shows that he perfectly understood the reasons and agreed. And I have already asked him to forgive us in case we did not use the correct way to express the above. It is no need though to have the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION from EU that prevents us to publish the personal data of the staff ( and not only), such as the diploma ( or any other document) to anyone except the ones authorized to conduct such control like the police, e.t.c.. It is also in the same regulation that mentions that none is allowed to film somebody without his permission, something that you did not follow. If I am a joke , useless or anything else due to the above reasons , I am afraid that I will accept it. GEORGE MOPRAITIS / MANAGER

We are currently here at this hotel. Last night there were fires in Rhodes which sent all electricity off on the island. This hotels back up generator was not working. The electrical issue lasted over 3 hours.no back up generator for 3 hours. No bottle water provided we asked and was rudely spoken to. Told not enough to go round. All emergency lighting went off and fire doors all shut so all corridors were absolutely pitch black. If for any reason we were to be evacuated it would have been a very dangerous situation. Spoken to manager this morning and very dismisive and rude. Also spoke to jet 2 rep who said to go buy your own water. We are all inclusive. We have brought money but some families don't. We also had to go and buy food. My husband also went down for beds this morning then went for breakfast and his towels were taken off. He was gone for 50 minute as had to wait for maid in room. Others put towels down from 8am.this is an issue here so if your not an early riser and not going to eat don't bother with this hotel as jet 2 rep told us when you go for breakfast or lunch or dinner you loose your bed!!!!! He then had to find our towels as they wouldn't tell us where they were. People we explaing to the pool guy he had been there but he would not listen. The pool bar is a constant long queue as 1 to 2 staff. The salad is there from 10am to 6pm no change 🤢🤢 flies all over it. Pool tables don't get cleaned so bring antibac wipes. Food very repetitive ok not brilliant not much for fussy eaters (we are not fussy) Drinks warm and flat round pool better in restaurant. I await the managers response on here as we expect the same false response we got this morning. Come and speak to us we are here until Saturday!!! I will video and photo pool bar to bar

Dear Guest it is really sad for us that you did not quite enjoy your holidays in the hotel and we would like to help you as much as we can to change this. concerning the reservation of the chairs with towels we have placed all round the hotel notices that it is against the policy of the hotel to do so and , in case needed, we may remove them . We also , any time , will help you find ones , in case needed. It is true that we have had a failure on Sunday evening. This lasted from 18.00 until 20.20. Although Sunday evening, with limited access to technical help , we have done everything and managed to resolve the problem. For this we asked from all our guests an excuse. I believe that such failures can happen , although we do our best in order to prevent them. Unfortunately there is not a prediction for bottled water for 480 people , therefore we could not serve as you have suggested. In the bar by the pool there are often people in queue. In case somebody will count the time though the time that the last in queue until is served , it is not more than 3-4 minutes. To my great regret I do not know your room number , I would be happy though to speak to you and to fight any misunderstanding, Always at your disposal GOERGE MORAITIS / MANAGER

We had a fantastic time - the staff are all lovely especially the receptionists, main evening Barman, waitresses Sofia and Paraskevi and Thomas the pool barman - all fantastic at their jobs but we were there when the hotel reopened and was not busy and with the hotel filling up we didn’t feel there was enough staff - would help if there was facility to get your own refreshments in the restaurant- I liked the hotel, it was clean and friendly but don’t expect the food to be good and wouldn’t recommend the all inclusive as no bottled water included not even in the room - a welcome pack on arrival if only a couple of bottles of water should be included - Toiletries do not include hair conditioner and bring your own hairdryer- if you want frills and fancies don’t come here - room and view were very good as were both pools and I had a good holiday here - recommend manos coaches near hotel to get around to the sites Infinity pool picture removes road before beach and sea - And the white sunbeds are for use by hotel guests in what looks like a car park before the beach which Made me cry with laughter but for 5 euros a day we went to the beach club not part of the hotel which was fabulous- 2 beds umbrella and large bottle of water in ice bucket only 5 euro the lot - food at the beach club excellent and good value for Money
