We had just left a horrible hotel south of Solerno "Hotel Olimpico" and raced up the Amalfi coast looking for anything. We pulled up to Hotel Cetus and had the good fortune to get a room. It was a lovely jr. suite with a large terrace hanging over the sea. Built into the rocks, the views from our room, reception...

This is probably the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in! Absolutely marvelous views from every room, incredible secluded private beach, best free breakfast ever with many local specialties including my favorite freshly baked sfogliatelle! Dinner was also very good and fairly priced. The decor was all in very good taste, utilizing the local styles and colorful ceramics. I just...

The room so clean and bright, loved the ceramic tiles. As per the review previously, the restaurant a bit pricey. However, the breakfast was very good. The staff very friendly. I forgot the name of the young woman who enabled me to send an email to a family member as I did not have any devices with me. True, the...

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Cetus and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious with a king size bed (actually 2 twin beds put together), beautiful decor, a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious and consisted of yogurts,...

Spent a night here and loved the ocean view from the hotel. The room was quite spacious with two single beds and plenty of room for two luggage to spread out. The room although not fancy looks clean with Mediterranean style tiled floor. Amenities are specially made for the hotel and consists of shower caps, shower gel, shampoo and soap....

Top Hotel. Excellent restaurant. Rooms in style of the region. Only hotel of the region with own beach. Rooms are clean. View is breathtaking. Breakfast is a 7 out of 10. Parking is free. Internet is a little slow. Food at the beach is good but all cold - no warm dishes. Worth coming here. We have been there 3...

Hotel was very basic, internet was horrible but the view was beautiful. We had a lovely terrace that looked over the water but it was blocked by a large tree. Breakfast was nice each morning. There wasn't a shower curtain which was odd. The hotel was nothing special (except the view) but not awful.

The sea views from this hotel are excellent, as was the food in the restaurant, though I don't know if I would recommend the beach. The hotel seems to be on a north facing cove which loses the sun very quickly - by 3pm the beach available to guests was entirely in shade and there was no other uncovered area...

Dear Guest, thank you for your review, it is great to read such positive comments regarding the view and our restaurant. I am however sorry that you didn't enjoy our private beach; unfortunately in October the cove loses the sun very early compared to summer season. I also apologise if your breakfast experience was not up to your standards, we...

We love Italy and wanted to go somewhere in Italy in September where we could chill out, lounge around, enjoy the beach on a rare break without our kids. This didn't disappoint at all.
