This was a stop for 4 nights on a Cosmos/Archers touring Italy. Fantastic location big rooms, modern, nice bar and outside dinning area. The pool was very welcome after a hard day touring. The staff were very helpful in particular when we were left behind by mistake. They arranged a car at no cost to catch up. However we had food...

We were part of a bus tour group. The hotel is in a beautiful location among the rolling Tuscan hills. The rooms are large, but that's it. Not happy with the air-conditioning, better off opening the windows in the summer except for the insects. The meals were a nightmare. The wait staff could not cope with the crowd at breakfast,...

However the food is disgusting , scrambled egg cooked whenever and put in the fridge overnight and placed in a warm container in the morning ,...

The rooms are clean and spacious and the views are amazing. Very good location for a nice quiet get away. However tour buses cannot get to the hotel which makes for a lengthy uphill walk after a long day of touring and going down in the morning requires caution esp if you have mobility challenges. The front desk staff are...

Lovely hotel with amazing views over Tuscany. This hotel would score 5 if if hadn't been for surly and inefficient reception staff. By contrast, the waiting staff were really excellent. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, the views from our room and balcony were amazing. It was also so quiet and peaceful. We were with a tour group...

Fabulous setting and rooms are great with but they do vary in size. Tha facilities and cleanliness were. We were on a tour and found the 'organised' meals could have been more tasty. The food served to the other guests looked far more interesting but I cannot comment on it. The Management are quite new and, in my opinion, need...

I Was here for 4 nights as part of a tour. The room was spacious, The bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotless. And the view as others have noted was idyllic. But the best part of our stay at AcquaViva was the staff. Each and every one went out of his/her way to be helpful. They were, without exception,...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as part of a tour of Italy, its location is remote but the surrounding views of the Tuscany countryside are breathtaking. Our room was situated on the first floor, it was spacious, comfortable, with a large well equipt bathroom and a balcony with views of the stunning countryside to die for. This...

Precious pool, beautiful sights from every room, everything full of flowers... Breakfast is Ok but not great. We had a situation with mosquitos in the room, but...

Stayed here as part of a tour group. Was concerned having read reviews, but pleasantly surprised. The rooms were large and spacious. The bathrooms actually had a bath. One room had a LCD TV and the other had an old TV so this supports previous feedback that the TV's are being upgraded - but I didn't go to Tuscany to...
