I travel to dungarvan a lot for work and stay in lawlors every time. I've never had a complaint about the hotel. All the staff are so helpful and very nice I've only ever had issue with one and I never got his name till this visit as he really annoyed me with the way he spoke and treated me....

~Just returned from a very long coach trip to Ireland. Reviews for this hotel were pretty good generally but the entire hotel needs a thorough cleaning of carpets etc, an awful lot of TLC and refurbishment. It is extremely dated. The dining room was nothing more than chaos and as people have said before the food is not served to...

Had heard good things about this hotel, checked out the website and liked what we saw so booked for two nights, a Saturday night for €100 per room and the Sunday night for €80. As the rate was slightly pricey we thought it was fair to assume we would have a comfortable stay. Arrived at hotel, nice lobby, bar looked...

Very good location in town centre - within walking distance of pubs and restaurants. Comfortable hotel - nice room on top floor overlooking harbour. Hotel is a bit dated. Breakfast was ok - staff very nice.

I spent four nights at this establishment whilst on a coach tour with Harry Shaw travel. It is evident that the hotel specialises in coach parties, given that the catering staff and dining room managed to look after very large groups without any problems. As noted in other reviews, some of the décor and furnishings are a little on the...

Have just spent 5 days here with GB tours. I had done my research and it was pretty much as I expected having read previous reviews. Carpets in hallway very threadbear, furniture in rooms a little shabby curtains literally falling apart.. But, put this aside and you have a warm, friendly hotel with friendly caring staff who do their best....

Stayed at this hotel as a base with GB tours. Spotlessly clean rooms, clean towels daily. Food was wonderful, there were two coaches there and we were fed like kings--three options each night as well as a veggie option. Staff were wonderful and helpful

I was at the hotel from 13/04/2015 to 17/04/2015 with GB Tours. Once again I would like to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality and enormous amounts of food. I was especially pleased to be given bar space, glasses and wine chillers so that I could do a wine tasting event with my colleagues from the Abingdon Wine Circle...
