We visited the hotel for 2 nights and stopped in the room riber. The room was lovely and well furnished. The four poster bed was very comfortable and the hotel had such a great feel to it. We ate in the hotel restaurant and tried something new, if the kale and bacon bread pudding is on the menu when you...

Reasonably priced, our room was lovely! Bed was extremely comfortable! It's a very unique hotel- old fashioned decor but brought a lot of charm and character! The room has everything you could need. Breakfast was superb- one of the best I've had at any hotel.

Decided to visit Matlock Bath without really knowing what to expect but fortunately found this amazing little hotel and restaurant. Exceptionally clean and quirky in furnishings, it felt like a Victorian time capsule from the moment you entered through the front door. Every corner of the Hotel had small collections of the most unusual items and it also had it's...

Totally amazing hotel, we paid about £100 for the night and went for one night. I thought his was a little expensive but it was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. I loved the fact that you can actually access their own personal caves from inside the hotel which was pretty awesome! The decor is also very quirky...

Brilliant breakfast that set us both up for a days exploring. Parking can be tricky but with patience you will get a spot fairly close by and to be honest with such a charming area parking will...

Stayed in this lovely townhouse in Matlock Bath. Classically decorated and frequented by Queen Victoria in her youth. Nice range of local beers and a comfortable lounge to relax in. Only problem was my room was freezing, as the heating was not on demand. This really needs sorting out, as it's letting the place down. Pricing was very good value...

LOVE IT!!! An anniversary stay for me and my hubby and we had the best time ever! The hotel is impeccable, spotless and gorgeous. Quirky, stylish and glamorous. The service is second to none! Dinner was a highlight and the food was to die for! Topped off by a night cap in the cosy sitting room with open fire! Outstanding...
