We just got back from a great weekend staying at The Victorian. Our party consisted of two children under 11 years old, myself and my wife. The owner Helen has clearly worked very hard renovating the property into its current state and retained the beautiful Victorian character of this charming house. Views from the top floor family room are absolutely...

We've just come back from the Victoria after a last minute night away for our anniversary. As others have said the location is fantastic, right on the sea front. Our room didn't have a sea view but was large and immaculate with our own fridge. Helen couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming and even left us a card for...

Just back from another fantastic stay with Helen at The Victoria. It's like staying with family, only better, as when you offer to help, as you feel so at home, Helen says no and reminds you that you're a guest! Everything is perfectly wonderful. Already planning our 5th or 6th visit for October.

We recently stayed here (Feb 2015), and were pleasantly surprised at how fantastic the location is, the spaciousness of the entire accommodation (hallway, room, lounge) and the unbelievably friendly owner. Helen was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy, with fresh linen, towels, bottled water and a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge for coffee (no...

Stayed recently for 4 days and found it a really clean, friendly and comfortable place. Had the only room without sea views but stunning views of Viking Bay are still available from the dining room/lounge which guests can use any time. Helen really made us feel welcome. Breakfast very nice too. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at the Victoria Bed and Breakfast, situated on the sea front, overlooking the bandstand. The accommodation was first class, tea and coffee making facilities in the room and fresh milk and water provided in the fridge. Have nothing but good things to say about this lovely hotel. It is right on the seafront and a short stroll to the pretty town of Broadstairs. Helen is a superb host and looked after my parents very well. The rooms are well presented and spotless. Breakfast is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. We would not...

First time to Broadstairs, a great choice for our cycling group's long weekend in Kent. And what a nice town it is even in November. Our B&B had been recommended and was a good choice. The Victoria has good sized rooms, comfortable beds and en suite facilities. Fresh milk in the fridge is a nice touch for anytime tea or...

This was our second visit and plan to stay in 2014. Helen is a perfect host who is friendly and has local knowledge. To say that The Victoria is spotless is no exaggeration. If you are an early riser then take your first cup of coffee and biscuits across the road to enjoy the panoramic view. Breakfast was cooked to...

Helen is a perfect host at the Victoria Bed and Breakfast in Broadstairs. Not only is the top room blessed with the most marvellous view of the sea and harbour, the calm, quiet chic of the whole house is a remarkable and much welcome highpoint in Broadstairs. The cooked breakfast was delicious and kept me feeling full until supper!
