My friend and I stayed for a 2 night break between Christmas and New Year. Our twin room was very spacious as was the bathroom, which is unusual in my experience. Everything was very clean and the B&B is very convenient for the rest of Rochester. Both Roger and Janet were very helpful and we were pleased to be picked...

Stayed with my family recently. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean, and tastefully decorated. Easy walking into Rochester. Breakfast was superb, Janet & Roger are very welcoming and professional. Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Had a 2-night stay here and can't praise it enough. Friendly couple and super full English breakfast. Even offered to drive us to Chatham Docks! The 2 rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Teas, coffees, biscuits and bottled water are all provided. Hope to go back again one day

Stayed here one night in the course of a walking trip from Erith to Aylesford. The location was ideal - quite close to my route which lay along the Esplanade, and very handy for the pubs and restaurants in the High Street. Couldn't fault my room and the breakfast was very good. I can't stand 'fry-ups', but this was way...

Very comfortable and friendly B&B. Lovely full English breakfast, cereals , toast etc. would be happy to stay there again. Only a short walk to Rochester Castle and Cathedral. Plus a friendly pub (The Coopers) just around the corner.

My partner and I stayed here for one night to attend a graduation and enjoyed our stay. We paid £75 for the room, including breakfast, excellent value. We arrived late due to traffic but were warmly welcomed. Our room and en-suite were very clean and spacious. Full english breakfast the next morning was nicely cooked

The first impressions of this B&B are the nice quiet street (just a few minute's walk from the Cathedral) and then the wonderfully spacious, tasteful rooms. It really is a very good place to stay. Janet and Roger are very friendly and go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Breakfasts are of a high standard. I would heartily recommend...

We stayed one night at this excellent Bed and Breakfast. Janet and Roger are wonderful hosts. We stayed in the Blue room (double). Its a wonderful room with high ceilings and a very spacious bathroom (all your toiletries provided). As the house is situated in a quiet street there were no problems with noise in the night. Its a short...
