Used this for a course in Nov & Dec. Wanted an intimate setting that wasn't grubby or clinical - this was just right. Staff really flexible and helpful. Food was great. I didn't stay over but the delegates were really impressed with the experience.

Was very pleasantly surprised to find this very tidy Hotel for a last minute stay in the Midlands. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was good and the rooms are really excellently finished and clean. I would go as far to say it was one of the nicest places I have stayed for a good while. I...

Based on others' reviews, I expected a comfortable room, friendly staff, superb food, great location, true value for very little money, and that is exactly what I got. Exceeded my expectations. I can add nothing other than - 11 out of 10.

Hopefully in 2014 I will have the opportunity of stopping over in this...

visited for the LKA at the NEC very pet friendly in immaculate circumstances - lovely room and en suite shower, absolutely no noise from the dual carriageway, might be different in the summer. Nice walking area for dogs. Excellent evening food and nbreakfast. Terrific staff.

Spent several nights here during the week and working away from home can be a grind at times. I would highly recommend even going out of your way to stay at this thoroughly charming family run hotel. So many little examples of TLC and the staff could not have been more helpful and professional as well as friendly and welcoming....

The room was great with a very comfy bed and everything you would expect. The food was very impressive with good sized portions and a homely touch. Would recommend the smoked salmon...
