Stayed here ahead of catching the ferry to Larne the next day. Nice location overlooking the lough. Very friendly greeting and the room was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was good. A peaceful night's sleep - very relaxing. Thoroughly recommended!

Recently a group of friends and I did a trip of Ireland and Scotland. We happened upon this B&B looking for a couple of rooms, at least one on the ground floor. What we found was beyond what we hoped. The gentleman who booked us was so very helpful. Gave us a map to Port Patrick for dinner, made us...

Cannot fault Rhinns at all. Lovely facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. A great place to stay near Cairnryan ferry terminals. They do not serve alcohol but you can bring your own if you wish.

Arrived On Sunday evening prior to travelling to Ireland the following morning to a very pleasant welcome and were given an upgrade to a suite which was very homely overlooking fields. The owners were extremly helpful and friendly directing us to a local restaurant for our evening meal. The breakfast choice was excellent, and the cooked breakfast was exteremly well...

We stayed here with friends on the way to Ireland via the Cairnryan P&O ferry. It is a perfect location as it is so close. Don't wait just to go on the ferry, as this B&B is worth a visit in its own right. The whole property is interesting, with quality furnishings all around and a fabulous atmosphere. The bedrooms...

Stayed in this B&B for one night. We had passed it on many occasions in the past and had never thought of staying before. It is only a couple of miles from both of the ferry terminals in Cairnryan. Greeted by John, shown to our room, and were amazed at the standard of the fixtures, fittings and layout. The outside...

We stayed at the Rhins of Galloway on Friday 25 September - it was a stopover before catching the 10.30 Ferry next morning. We were quite late arriving due to Friday traffic and the welcome we received was so very warm and inviting. The room was simply divine, everything you could wish for, amazingly tasteful decor, quality furnishings and a...

My partner and I stayed here last year and returned again in July this year, as it is a good hotel and close to to the Cairnryan ferry that we were catching. I will not reprise everyting I wrote before, but suffice to say that it continues to shine. Great proprietors who helped with the bags as my partner has...

This is a B&B with all the qualities of a 5 star hotel. Food is excellent and you will be amazed at the luxury of the dining room. There is even a resident’s lounge that would not be out of place in any high class hotel. The bedroom was excellent very spacious with a comfortable bed, good shower with the...

We stayed here the night before getting the ferry home to Ireland. We had spent a year in Newcastle and made the 3.5 hour drive to Cairnryan in a very small, cramped mini. The hotel was stunning, spotless clean and the owner greeted us really nicely. The fry in the morning was gorgeous. Couldn't fault it!
